Update, I had an issue with my smoothie and was contacted by the district manager within minutes of adding my initial review. I received a refund, they made me a new smoothie and while I was there I was gifted a $10 off my next order. I would say they go above and beyond for their customers which is greatly appreciated. Thank you again for responding so quickly and resolving the issue. I do love the smoothies so I will be back, with friends!!

I ordered a matcha latte for delivery and when I received it my latte was in a bag soaked through and barely anything left in the small cup. I included a picture. Very disappointed in their service and handling. I also purchased sea moss from them and it had a note card that said everything was personally checked by “Stephanie”. Idk why a drink would be in a bag in the first place and I was really looking forward to the drink, but I won’t ever order from this place again.
