I informed Macy that the last time I came in to order 6 crispy breasts, that 4 were breasts and 2 were backs. She assured me that the man preparing my order was the best at doing so. Well I guess this one is my fault because I trusted Macy and I didn’t double check my order. They obviously don’t know what they are working with and can’t be trusted to do their jobs. I think that incompetents is a prerequisite for working there.

Original recipe chicken was very good. Our food was hot and order was correct. Service was a little slow in the drive thru, but they were busy. Employees were friendly and helpful. I recommend this KFC.

The chicken strips are amazing. They were hot fresh and juicy. The crew was very accommodating and polite. The biscuits could have used a little more butter but still good. It’s a HUGE STEP UP from the last one that was in Murray. Potatoes were average. Would recommend trying it. The prices are high but worth it I suppose.

Ordered an 8 pce family meal and the chicken legs and wings were so pathetically small it was almost laughable. The side of mashed potatoes was about 1 cup and the gravy was 1/4 cup. Couldn’t believe it. In fact the containers they were in were half full so I know I didn’t get the allotted amount for this meal. Cost was $25. Never again

Pulled up to the drive through to order an 8 pc dark (chicken only). Was told it was $21 if I ordered at the window, but $10 if I used their app! I’m retirement age and do not use apps. Why should I be charged $11 more if I order it face-to-face?! I left with nothing, and will not be back.

Ordered the family meal and the batter on the chicken was not done. If it was a smaller order then i wouldnt of cared as much but it was a $40 meal. The chicken was also really greasy. They replaced it and the chicken looked bettter but as the day goes by my girlfriend and i have stomach aches. This was the third time it was a disappointment and i probably wont be coming back.

This is a brand new KFC in Murrey Kentucky. It’s very nice inside, but a little small. The service is great, and the food was spot on. We got our food fairly quick. We will definitely go there again.

Absolutely awful customer service! Came through during lunch because everywhere was busy except here. Not a single car in line or in the parking lot. Should’ve been my first red flag. The little girl at the window was very very rude. They had me pull up for one item and a heavier set man brought it to me and threw the bag in my face and walked back inside. We will not be back
