It’s Taco Bell. The food is good and consistent when you’re on the road and don’t have time to sit down and eat somewhere. I ordered food and got back out on the Interstate. It wasn’t until I was back on the road that I realized I got my hard tacos (#1 meal) as soft tacos. 🙁 They did manage to get the extra Doritos Locos taco correct though.

How is this place even in business? I interacted with 3 different people l: drive thru, walk out person (when we had to pull over and wait) and counter service (when I had to go back inside since the order was not correct) and all 3 were rude. I ordered 2 identical meals with 3 items each and no special requests yet putting 6 items in a bag must have been difficult. No one was even remotely polite.

Nuggets were burned. Very low customer service skills from the younger workers. Anytime we asked for items that should have been provided, they acted like we were bothering them. For example… if I order 4 biscuits. The server should ask if I would like jelly with my biscuits. Instead, we had to ask, and they gave us one pack of jelly for 4 biscuits!

Ordered a large fry with my food and the fries were lukewarm and tasted horrendous. We drove back through the drive thru and the white lady with blonde hair and glasses (wasn’t wearing a name tag) opens the window with a snarky attitude and as I was telling her the issue, she yells out that she can’t make the fries any fresher and slams the window in our face. I then had to walk inside (where a couple other customers were also having issues with food quality) to request for a refund to which the same employer walks away from me and sends an older black lady up to handle the problems while she goes to the back to make herself a meal and sit down and eat. She left that woman to deal with the problems SHE created and didn’t give her any type of information about what our problems were so we all found ourselves repeating ourselves while the whites lady sat there and ate her food in the lobby.

Time for a brewing piece of my mind. I hope the big boss knows people purposely go to the bel air taco bell bc this one is a monstrosity. Shut the whole place down. The food is always TERRIBLY made. The grease is clearly as filthy as the inside of the store. The nachos taste like poison for that reason. The chalupas always look and smell like they came out of the trash.
