Last couple of times our order has been incorrect and the lady who answers the phone and her younger son are absolutely the rudest people I have ever had the inconvenience to order from. I expect to receive the correct order and when we didn’t I don’t need rudeness when I’m trying to correct their mistake with kindness. Also when asking a question she gets bent out of shape when you ask the difference between items. I will be more then happy to drive to Englewood where I can receive better service and possibly better food! Kindness goes a long way!!!!!
