This restaurant was very underwhelming. Although the plaza it’s a part of is nice, the service here was not good at all. First, we come in and get seated and it took me getting up to walk toward the register(after sitting for 15 mins) before the female server said they’d be with us shortly to take our order. Then we waited for over a half an hour to get sub par pizza. Look at the picture at how basic the pizza is and tell me if that’s worth waiting over a half an hour to 45 minutes for. I promise you that it wasn’t. I also wanted to note that the same server(with the tattoos on both of her arms) did not even offer any of the daily specials to my wife and I even though we heard her offering it to all of the other more elderly customers surrounding us. We would absolutely not come back here again. Mod is leagues better.

After many years of wanting to try this place, my son and I finally have. The pizza was good and came out fast. We arrived shortly after opening at 4 pm. The staff was great and very nice. The prices were good and they gave us a small saucer of green olives and water for the table. It is quite small inside, and getting to restroom with a wheelchair might be a bit challenging. The atmosphere was nice, and I imagine it looks really nice at dinner with the candlelight ambiance, perfect for a date night.

I had a special birthday dinner with a large group of friends at Falora and it did not disappoint! The staff was so accommodating and kind, and the pizza was delish! The Caesar salad is piled high and def could be shared amongst 2 people. Chocolate torta was so decadent. Highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious food. They have a lot of vegan options, and any pizza can be made vegan, which drew me in. I had the vegan marinara and it was fantastic. I also had the vegan Sorta Torta which did not disappoint. The best crust I have ever had. My server was friendly and I enjoyed eating outside. This is a great place with amazing food.

Rating is based on service. Prepare for a long wait. 2 of us arrived at 7pm and were sat outside. Took 10 minutes for waiter to get our drink and food order. Took one hour for food to arrive. They must not have an organized system because people that arrived after us received their food before us. Food was good not great. We liked the Bianca over the Cura.

This review is mostly based on service. My husband and I dined at Faloras and we waited about 15 minutes before our server came to our table. And when he finally did come to our table he was talking so fast and we felt so entirely rushed. Our food was definitely not what we expected so the only thing we were able to enjoy was the bread which was baked to order and was amazing!

Visited with a friend on a weekday night. We were excited to try Falora. Despite not having reservations, we luckily got seated at the bar. We split the Hazelnut Gnocchi and the Figaro pizza. The gnocchi was not a flavorful as I had hoped- I figured maybe because it was vegan. The Figaro pizza was burnt. The server brought it out and it had a lot of blackened artichoke and burnt areas on the surface. I wanted to ask about it, but figured if the server was fine with serving it, maybe that’s just the way it looked and it would taste just fine. I was wrong, the char was strong and tasted burnt. My friend and I agreed that this is a nice cozy intimate ambiance, our aperol splitzer was well-mixed and the service was kind and fast, but the two dishes we ordered did not leave us wanting to run back.
