Food is just like any other chipotle, but whenever I order online here the portion sizes are extremely modest. Usually I wouldn’t write a review for something like this, but today’s order was exceptionally small. Paying $14 dollars for a bowl I would expect to have the same portion sizes I get from dining in.

Awesome people and awesome service. The quality and quantity were awesome. And you get same food which ever location u choose. But for this location service was quick and great people. One issue was they never allowed me to redeem the tortila from the rewards menu

I understand business, but there is no reason why I should feel like I am in a free food lunch line. The young lady serving the food did not have to be friendly, but geesh, is this what it has come down to blatant frowns and hostility? If I am not eating meat, why are you giving me three strips of veggies? Oh because the line is long and the person behind me might want the other 3 strips that are left. NO chips, NO Guacamole, the food was overcooked, too spicy….just nasty. This location is the worst, but I am just so done with Chipotle.

In the past week I have visited the store twice now. Both times I have been greeted in a unprofessional manner by the employee he calls himself Rico. When I come through the line he is overzealous in his interactions with female customers and creating a uncomfortable environment where I don’t want to stay to eat my food. I was trying to enjoy my food the last time I came for lunch and I almost felt harassed as he follow me out to the lobby and to my seat where he continued to make remarks about my looks and press my relationship status. All which I find completely inappropriate and disrespectful. Will be seeking Corporates help on this one.

This Chipotle is the closest one to where I live, which is unfortunate. I have some kind of issue almost every time I decide to give this place another try. My most recent experience is what really pushed me to the point of feeling like I should write a review. I dined in on Thursday, 05/25/2023, and I ordered my usual – veggie tacos. I started telling the employee making them what I wanted on my tacos. I told the employee that I wanted white rice, black beans, and no meat. Within a short span of time, the employee asked me what I wanted again. I repeated myself – no big deal. The thing that mildly upset me is that, as I moved down the line, the employee – who couldn’t even correctly remember what I asked for in the first three options – rushed me and said that I could tell her everything I wanted and didn’t have to hold her up. I am also hard of hearing, so I prefer to just move down the line & say what I want as I go. The whole time I was trying to order, the employee at the cash register kept asking me if I wanted chips, a drink, et cetera – usually this is done at the end or towards the end of moving down the line. As someone who is hard of hearing and has social anxiety, I usually order ahead. Due to always getting the wrong food this way, I went through the line. I paid for my meal, sat down to eat, and regretted asking for guacamole – because that’s the one thing that I asked for a LIGHT amount of… and I was given what seemed like extra guacamole. On top of that, the guacamole was full of pieces of avocado husk, which is crunchy and kind of off-putting. I ended up spitting out my food into a napkin at one point because I couldn’t handle it – I have sensory issues and food issues, so it was just way too much. I left feeling extremely disappointed all-around. This Chipotle definitely isn’t one of the better ones. I recommend finding somewhere else to eat or making the trip to a different location. That staff was great, fast and efficient. A couple dirty tables, but it was pretty busy and is expected. I did get a couple stale chips in the bag. The food bowl I received was awesome. New chorizo plant-based. Really happy with the over all good and atmosphere!
