We came here 12pm on a Saturday and there were open tables to our surprise. They have two parking lots, one next to the restaurant and additional parking down the road at the old Burger King (next to MQ). We ordered 12 dim sums and one rice dish. The dim sums were good, hot and fresh. The service was okay, the servers wouldn’t take away empty dim sum plates even though they would come to our table. We resorted to leaving them on the side table and then they would take them away so fast. After receiving all our dim sums, we were waiting for the rice dish and they had forgotten to make it. We asked the server and she asked the manager and you can tell they were making it now. The rice was too salty, and rice not fried, still soggy. They probably rushed it since they forgot it. Another big thing is that it was too hot in the restaurant, we were sweating eating and drinking hot tea. They need to increase the AC or open some windows.

Nice interior and exterior design, upstairs reserve rooms and karaoke, food quality is good but not as the best, impressed by fatty beef flank and fried style egg plant, fish and shrimps are fresh but everywhere is the same with fresh materials, parking is limited, there’s another parking lot cross the street, lunch tea time might be super busy, overall but pricy for seafood every where now and nice in and out design.

Overall the foods are good and dimsum price is reasonable. Wait time could be a challenge if you don’t know the workers. We can see they let people who came later seat. This is the norm at many dim sum places. The best time to visit is when they just open since it gets busy fast. Service is ok. The part I don’t like was the charge 18% on top of the total which includes the sales tax so pretty much they charge almost 20% for service which is not worth the service provided. We are 5 but charging an 18%-20% fee for not much of a service is not acceptable.

Dim sum on Sunday. Large dining room with large tables on 3rd floor. Dim sum was OK quality with good variety. Noodle dishes were too oily. Service was good, but dishes came out of kitchen slowly.

The worst dinner I have had in a long time, total waste of money, especially when you can get much better quality in nearby restaurants. The ingredient chicken and pork were not fresh. The dimsum pictures looked so great that I was left disappointed.

Friendly and good service, good environment. To be honest dim sum here not really perfect, but I think there are no perfect dim sum in Bay Area. For me, service is more important than the foods. Their friendly service makes me feel good enough coming over regularly.

It’s nice to come on a weekday to eat dim sum since it’s not too crowded and we could be seated right away. For a party of 2 the quantity of food seems a little overboard, but we ordered with the intention of taking food home since this restaurant isn’t convenient to where we stayed.

We enjoyed a half size banquet in a private room on a Tuesday evening. Delicious dishes and top notch service. It’s hard to decide which dish is the best but our top picks are : Sea cucumber, Peking duck , walnut shrimp and lobster.

We had group dinner, nine people. This is authentic Chinese restaurant. The food was tasty and portion was big. We all enjoyed and will come back.

My family was not a fan of this place for the longest time – probably because the service sucks, the food is alright and overpriced. I agree to a degree, but I thought the dinner that we had that night was actually pretty good. We got the family style meals which included veggies, noodles, fish, peeking duck, more veggies, lots of meat, etc. I was pleasantly surprised at how good each dish tasted. Service was kind of flaky though. We asked for waters and she brought in cups and a water pitcher, set it down and never served us. We just grabbed it ourselves. After dinner, we were hanging around like most big parties do and they literally told us that we needed to leave. So rude. I didn’t see how much the bill was, but I know it wasn’t cheap.
