First time here. The burgers were great. They tasted fresh, and the fries were crispy. Kind of a throwback atmosphere, but a throwback to good food rather than the frozen burger patties you get at many places. I would highly recommend it.

Everything that we ordered that was deep fried ( chicken fingers and fried pickles ) were burnt. The coating on the pickles was actually SEPARATED from the pickles and even the pickles were burnt! Totally disgusting looking! The “kids” behind the counter working that night, were loud and obnoxious and using profanities. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! Acting like a bunch of juvenile delinquents. Definitely in need of adult supervision!

food was very good today I went around noon. I got a cheese steak with peppers onions and mushrooms when I ask for mayo they said yes right away and I got a shake thick and creamy it took a little bit longer for my shake than my food, but the boy was busy very good will be going next week.

So my first expression was $6.99 for a black n blue burger a Cajun spiked burger with blue cheese and fried onions be decent. When I received my burger it was a 1once Patty with diced onion on it and 3 crumble blue cheese on burger couldn’t ever filled a child’s stomach. I had better burgers at McDonald’s an there not even real n comes with fries and a drink for the same price

I’m sitting here writing this review with food poisoning for the second time from this place. The food here was amazing and I would rate this place with best burgers when the OWNERS ran the place. Now they have pretty much kids running the place who can’t grasp the concept of an order. We have to now tell them not to mess it up bc they always do. Back in January I had gotten food poisoning from the Sunrise Burger. Yesterday, I finally decided to try the place again and got food poisoning again!!! Mind you, I have ordered this burger many times before without a problem when the owners were making the food. Please do better or hire people who actually care.

Food was bad. Paid a lot of money for a little amount of food. I saw people not wearing gloves when handing food. Another review says they got food poisoning TWICE from this place.

I was craving a good fresh burger and a float or shake but something not so basic. The options at Flip City looked promising. To get food for 2 adults and 1 child it cost over $54 and our typical is around $30 but hey I was thinking with shakes and floats it should be worth it. Unfortunately it was very disappointing. They forgot our drinks and my husband had to go up and ask and wait for them. His flip chips were either too hard or too chewy and that’s in one chip! And over seasoned. The burger buns were your basic $0.99 and the patties were what you’d get at McDonald’s…. definitely not the home made fresh style higher priced burger I was hoping for. If I’m paying almost $6 for a burger I expect quality. My husband and I both had the smokehouse burger, neither of us were impressed, and mine was dry. The shakes and floats were good but again not worth the price. My son ordered the mixed fries with cheddar cheese. He received 2 cups of melted cheddar like nacho cheese on the side and it was clumpy and not appetizing looking. The fried pickles were either over cooked or not cooked enough again in the same order and not executed very well as the batter was separated from the pickles and I received a very small quantity for the price. Huge let down unfortunately.

Burgers and fries are phenomenal, and the shakes are also really good. Great addition as its a new retro look to the aging Q Mart!

Two kids and myself went here. It cost close to 5 bucks for a hotdog. A BLT, burger, hotdog, 3 fries, three shakes cost 45 bucks way to expensive for place that you get your own condiments and no waitress. The girls behind the register were not rude but not helpful either. All the shakes were freezer burnt or just cheap ingredients. There were ice chunks/chips.throughout shake. Never going again

Was not impressed with the quality of the burger and a very cheap potato bun is used that is about double the size of the burger. For over 6 dollars it is not worth the price just for the burger. The Fry’s were not bad though. Just a disappointing experience.
