My experience here was brief as a pass through on a long road trip. The place was surprisingly clean and the decor was interesting. One of the cleanest bathrooms of the trip. Grabbed some fries on the way out as a quick snack (quite tasty).

Ordered all dark meat 8 pieces of spicy chicken. The receipt was correct, but received half white meat. The chicken was also so dry and tough, could not chew it enough to swallow it. The dark meat tasted old, as if sitting out for a while and like liver clearly not brined. The team clearly doesn’t care about providing good service or decent food.

This was my first Popeyes experience, and likely will be my last. The chicken, in fairness, was fantastic. But the Mac and cheese pretty much put me off of my meal. I couldn’t find a single whole noodle, all of it was complete mush. It was disgusting. Like someone had already eaten it and spat it back in the container and served it to me. Also $26 for 2 cheaper meals, with a small (disgusting side)? Definitely not worth the price. I’d go elsewhere if I were you.

Manager was rude and threatened to call police because they wanted to close the lobby 30 minutes early and we were eating inside. Informed her that I would report her to her supervisor and she replied “I don’t care who you call, I will call the police” I now hate Popeyes which I have loved for years.

Picked up dinner here and when i went through the drive through the workers taking my order were very dismissive and my order was missing my sides. When i attempted to call i was greeted with an out of service message. Will not be returning.

The Food was okay, but I ordered the Blackened Chicken Sandwhich with fries and a 4 piece tender, and the tenders were absolutely cold, no heat to them whatsoever, the service was okay, they didn’t have very many cars at all, wenwent through the drive-thru and we were still asked to pull up and wait on food, there was only one car ahead of us. The Atmosphere was pretty good, the turn to get in the place was a little confusing, but it looked like they kept it pretty clean and no trash was thrown on the ground or anything like that, so overall, it was pretty good up keep on the outside, we went through the drive-thru as I stayed before, so unsure of what the inside looked like.

Went there today and ordered a 12 piece meal and a 3 piece chicken tender combo and a side of Mac and cheese. As I’m looking through the bag to make sure everything was there I realized that I was missing the Mac and cheese. So a young man handled it to lady to put in my bag and instead she decided to go through every box of food without gloves on and then handed me a small side of Mac and cheese. First off she should have had gloves on second off all she had to do was look at the receipt. The manager never said a word. This is not ok. I spent 63.00 on food that had been handled by someone who didn’t have gloves on not to mention she was very rude

Fast friendly service. Was a group of us that visited here . Some food was cold but they had no problem making fresh stuff witch was delicious. Was very busy but overall was good. There chicken n biscuits are very delicious. 8 thumbs up keep up good work
