We had stopped on a whim. We were craving Mexican food and this place came up with good ratings on Google. Got very good service, thanks Christina, and Dos XXs Amber was cold and served with a lime slice. Chips were good; warm and crunchy, and the salsa was good too. Meals came out quickly and hot. Our food was good but a just bit bland. Lacked any spice or even just salt and pepper. But, the portions were big and plentiful. Overall, the food was good and the atmosphere and service were really nice.

I love this place! I was greeted and shown to a table quickly. I was asked if I wanted any cheese dip or guacamole when I sat down and the cheese dip was brought as soon as my chips and salsa were there. Christina took my order and brought my beer right away. After my food was delivered, she kept an eye on my table to make sure I had what I needed without being overbearing. My special order was prepared correctly and I received a large amount of food. I had a wonderful experience overall. I was treated like a friend or regular and will be going back on a frequent basis.

The owner is a very nice woman who really knows the restaurant business. The food is a mix of true Mexican, Tex-Mex, and America. Our dishes were served quickly and were hands down the best we’ve ever had in Illinois.

My family gave me a surprise 60 birthday party at El Taco Fiesta. They were wonderful! Great hot food, best Flan anywhere, warm chips and good salsa. So much wonderful food it is hard to decide what to eat. The staff are attentive and great to talk to. This is our favorite place to eat in the whole town. I hardly go anywhere else. Wonderful, wonderful people and great food. A Clean Place and good service. My favorite place. Five stars!
