Delicious seafood in a casual waterfront setting. We got there not long after they opened at 11 am, so we had no problem being seated immediately. By the time we were leaving there were many people waiting. Our table was on the patio, which had a nice breeze, overlooking some boats and the water. The food was excellent! We started with the calamari, which was cooked well, but lacked seasoning. It was really the only negative of the whole meal. A few lemon slices on the side could have fixed it right up, but it was pretty bland, especially in comparison to the complimentary hush puppies, which were well seasoned and delicious! I got a trio of shrimp, which had peel and eat (probably my favorite), a fried version with a honey mustard-type sauce, and shrimp scampi. I could barely eat it all, but it was so good that I had to finish it! My boyfriend got the snapper, which came over asparagus and with potatoes. The fish had a phenomenal lime cream sauce that went perfectly with everything on the plate. The kids meals were also very good, especially considering the price. My daughter asked for the shrimp grilled instead of fried, and she ended up with two generous skewers, along with her fries and a soda. Everything was great. We will definitely be back.

This was my first time eating at Rusty Belly’s and it won’t be the last. The appetizers and margarita and dinner were all on point and if I could eat there everyday I would. We got to sit near the dock and the view was lovely. It is well worth the price. Reasonable for fresh daily caught fish. The hush puppies are the “bomb”. I ate the whole bag. Lol.

I ordered crab cake and signature salad, and they were very tasty and well portioned. I love that the crab cake was so full of crab meat, and the salad is light and really flavorful. My hubby had the grouper, which was rather small, but the shrimps and scallops were nice. Very enjoyable and lucky that I chose this instead of the Greek restaurant.

Completely amazing atmosphere both inside and outside dining. We prefer outside, the food is excellent and they make the best margaritas hands down (be sure Vito ask for it with a top shelf tequila). The live music is always a plus. The latest and greatest is that they added boat docking to be able to come by boat…. AWESOME!

I had fresh blacken Grouper for lunch. It was the best Fresh Grouper I have had in a very long time. It wasn’t cheap but it was so worth it. I’m gonna come back again whenever I’m in this area specifically to have fresh Grouper. My server Cassie was very helpful and the service was excellent!!! I highly recommend this place for fresh seafood.

One of my absolute favorite seafood restaurants on the Gulf. Never disappointed. Favorite spot is the back bar – but beware…you may need help “bellying up to the bar” as the bar stools are hard to scoot!! LOL! Make sure you get a free order of their warm hush puppies served in a paper bag – best eaten with a cold draft beer. Any of the shrimp dishes are fabulous with large, sweet and fresh Gulf shrimp and if they have their Little Poke salad with ahi tuna, get it! Also – love their jalapeño margarita. But, it’s all good – order anything you want! They won’t disappoint.

If you want a fantastic meal on the water then Rusty Bellies is the place to go in Tarpon Springs!!!! Being from southern Louisiana, it takes a lot to impress me with seafood and they hit it out of the park. I got the snapper due west and it was absolutely perfect. We had a group of 10 and there was not one complaint in the group. Everyone loved their food. Can’t wait to eat here again.

Great atmosphere. It’s a little pricey, but you’re paying for the great views as well as quality seafood. I would be a little leary of cheap seafood restaurant. However, their portions could be a tad bit larger
