Very slow service and order not complete or correct. We ordered on the app then waited 15 plus minutes. We ordered the 3 pc crispy tender meal. When it came there were no onion rings but fries were in the bag with the rest of our order. When I went to the window to tell them, that’s when they informed me that they didn’t have onion rings. We requested ketchup, picante sauce, special sauce, and ranch. We received only special sauce (which was for the onion rings we didn’t receive) and ranch. That’s it and no napkins. I had to go ask for those as well. Also one drink was missing. I ordered a cherry limeade slush with diet cherry. I believe they made it with normal and then also added the diet. So sweet I could drink it. The chicken strips we’re boarding on burnt; they were so dark and overcooked. I didn’t eat them all. So in totally, I couldn’t eat the chicken, no onion rings, no sauces, and couldn’t drink the slush. So I just waisted my money. Only partial good thing was the jr. breakfast burritos my kids ordered. They were good they just didn’t have any picante sauce for them. I believe we’ve had a similar issue at this same Sonic on a previous trip. I’ve got to mark this as a place to not stop at.

Gave up and left after waiting 10 minutes for them to take my order. Was 2 cars in the stalls and 2 in the drive thru. Would not recommend if you plan on ordering and eating today

Went around 8:00 pm Friday night for ice cream and was told they were out. Then went Sunday afternoon around 1:30 pm and was told ice cream machine was down, so if you are wanting ice cream it might be a wasted trip going to the Greenville Sonic.

Worst Sonics experience ever. They were “out of all shakes”, put relish on my burger instead of pickle slices, the sweat tea is unsweet, the chicken’s batter is soggy and cold, my burger was not warm in the middle, the cheese tots were just congealed American cheese slices on top of tots that were cooked hours ago. The only thing that was consumable was my cherry limeade.

I had a strawberry shake that was not blended at all. All the frozen strawberries and syrup were on the bottom and the big chunks of strawberries would get stuck in the straw. The “whipped cream” is just whipped lard! I had terrible stomach cramps afterwards. I will not eat at Sonic again. It is definitely bad for you!
