We ordered food and didn’t realize the order was wrong until we got home. The manager said that she would refund the money. Two days later we went back and we were told that manager was fired and we would have to come back tomorrow. In summary, the manager was rude about it, and said if we didn’t like it, that was too bad, but that was all he was going to do. I was very upset because I felt like I shouldn’t have to make two additional trips for their mistake, we will not be going back to that Zaxby’s ever again

Got the number 1, 3 piece snack..chicken fingers were pretty scrawny although tasted good. Just would like them more bigger. Fries were dry over cooked some what. I started eating here around twice a week. I shouldn’t have to ask the worker to choose 3 large fingers for me since all of them should be large, but if I get scrawny ones, I may have to move on to something else to eat. Toilet lid was broken, slides around like a top. Thx for your time.

this location used to be my go-to because it was conveniently located, everything was consistently good and the service at the drive thru window was always friendly and efficient. I don’t know if management has changed, or if the /entire/ staff has changed and everyone is new, or what, but the last few times I’ve been the chicken fingers are undercooked and chewy and smell sour, and the fries are undercooked, under- or unseasoned, and too soft and mushy to enjoy. The service has been fantastic, I have no complaints there, but the food quality has gone down severely. I go at different times of the day each time, so it’s not like it’s one particular kitchen team underperforming. I’m not sure what’s up, and I still like Zaxby’s overall, but this location has been on the disappointing side lately. :/

The salad I paid 14 $ for was nice , it would have been better with a fork and the ranch dressing that was missing. I had to drive to Walmart because I didn’t have ranch at home so my grilled chicken was cold by the time I ate it. Will be avoiding this place

I purchased 4 Wings and Things meals 50.00. When we got home the wings were cold and dry although we ordered flavors. No sauce in the bottom of the container The tenders were old and cold too.
