Nice location right off Douglas. Food was fresh and hot. The shakes were thick and made right. Tucked off to the side so can be easy to miss sometimes but easy side street access of Douglas. Drive thru was quick and easy. Great spot if you’re craving some meat or tasty dessert. No issues with this location.

Large order for delivery. Restaurant apparently didn’t include all the items. Customer blamed me for not looking in their sealed bags and touching their food, instead of calling me to help correct the problem or calling the restaurant who packed the order. Customer also gave me a negative rating, after spending my time delivering to them on a holiday weekend. The restaurant is at fault people! Won’t be delivering to this customer again. Go get your own damn food. And this restaurant needs to CHECK their orders!!!

Change your oil dude, went here twice in 2 weeks. Both times the fries actually make me want to throw up my food. You can tell they cooked it in old oil, because my fries aren’t supposed to taste like that. Also my sandwich was cold. Come on, hardly anyone goes to this location, at least spend the downtime actually keeping up with quality, not like theres a line. Really disappointed. I don’t write reviews, that should speak volumes

Today I had one of the worst experience. We went to Arby’s and ordered a Bacon ranch burger meal and a Deluxe burger meal. The sauce the deluxe burger was all over the place when I unwrapped it just like they’d dipped it in the sauce instead of spreading some on it. We asked for curly and regular fries, I don’t like curly fries, well my regular fries were mixed with curly fries, not only that but it was like they had no more fries or didn’t want to cook more, all the bottom of container was filled with 1/2 in to 1in pieces of fries, I don’t think I had even 5 peices of regular size fries. On top of that they were cold. Then when they gave us the drinks, I was surprised to see that their regular size drinks are the kids size of any other restaurant. Simply a horrible experience.

#sodissapointed. The only reason y’all are NOT getting a 1 star is because even though my sandwich was smooshed and the buns were mushy, it tasted fine. I’ll attach a picture of what my sandwich looked liked, and if you look at their menu it looks NOTHING LIKE IT WAS SUPPOSED TOO. *shaking my head* Y’all need to work on presentation for sure, and not overcooking curly fries because they were and they had a weird taste to them. Probably burnt taste now that I’m thinking about it. Don’t plan on coming back here for a little while. Sorry but y’all missed the mark.
