I would love to update this review since it is no longer relevant to what occurred 5 months ago. The food is fresh and delicious. There is amazing customer service. I’m glad they now have employees who know how to treat customers. The young African American female was extremely sweet, benevolent, and happy to be working.

I get Panda Express almost twice a week and it’s delicious. I always get the honey sesame chicken and the bell peppers taste so fresh. My favorite part of the experience is a worker, CJ. He always has a smile and seems so sweet. Customer service was a 10/10.

We would have given a much higher review, but we ordered over an hr ahead as we were out running errands, and we were hoping to swing by and pick up our order at the requested time, and head to another stop that was time sensitive.

My family and I went to eat at this location tonight. The employee named , CJ, not only rolled his eyes at us but at everyone coming in to get their food. Dude was not having a good night. Maybe he needs friends, hugs, or something because he wasn’t even hiding it. Food was amazing!

Literally bought food from this location on Troup Hwy. Tyler, Tx. about 15 minutes ago.. And bought a plate with Honey walnut shrimp….mind u they charged me a upcharge for this particular shrimp. Why did I open my box only to see 4 shrimp on my plate!!! Now for the price I paid, you would think that I deserved more than just 4 measly shrimp!!! SMDH

I ordered a plate which you get two sides. I ordered honey sesame and broccoli beef. I literally got three pieces of broccoli and four pieces of meat. Little pieces cost me 13 bucks. I am very dissatisfied. I will never go there again my son, or the same thing I got a lot of meat, not worth it to me.

Got two bigger plates yesterday, they forgot the teriyaki for one of the entrees entirely so I only got one little red box instead of two and I live thirty minutes away. My chicken and mushrooms was not chicken but pork and mushrooms. Seems like they had something in the water at Panda.

Dine in. Took FOREVER to order. Not enough staff to handle lunch crowd. Barely any honey glaze on my sesame honey chicken. I asked for a side of honey / glaze…..not possible. Cashier was friendly. Cashier had to go to & clean off a tray from dining room for my meal. Dining room was dirty. Portions were large. I wanted mixed veggies (menu item). They were out of veggies for the day. Confused because I saw a cooler full of freshly chopped veggies. Disappointing visit.
