As a mall employee, this was my go to spot for lunch. The staff was always super nice and some of them I would have even counted a friends. This has all changed. A few weeks ago new management took over and an almost entirely new crew came in. The crew is fine I’m sure but the management is VASTLY inferior to how it used to be. The old owner was an awesome guy and the managers were all nice. New management has snapped and me and my coworkers for going here and even discontinued the widely popular mobile orders and in mall delivery. In my store I’m normally the only employee and so it’s hard to get food, the old crew used to run food down to my store for me which was super nice and convenient! These new guys tho? The exact opposite. I’m sure the crew itself are fine but the change in leadership is definitely not a good one

Very, very slow and terrible customer service. I just ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches and waited about 15 minutes for the order. Meanwhile there were about 20 people waiting to order and only one person working the counter taking orders. What was sad was there were two representatives from the company — clearly dressed in obvious Chick-fil-a attire — who I assumed to be some sort of management, sitting at a table in the food gallery near the store. They were having some sort of meeting or discussion rather than attending to their very busy store. I told them that I had been waiting a long time, and that they only had one person at the counter. They just sort of shrugged and said, “I’m sorry,” but did not move. Then, as I was walking past them, after I got my sandwich, one of the men I had spoken to looked at me and said, “Did you get your sandwich?”

I didn’t realize I was missing a sandwich until I got home. I called ahead and let them know. Once I got back to the store, they informed me it’s going to be about 5 minutes. As I waited they offered a brownie or a cookie and I declined. I know, why did I say no? Anyways, they came back saying it was going to be another minute and I understood. I got my bag and left. My bag was a little heavy to be 1 sandwich. They snuck a treat in there anyways. That made my night. Even though I didn’t take a treat, I still received one. My sandwich was horrible wasn’t cooked properly. I bit into a half cold chicken sandwich. The lady that took my order didn’t look to thrilled to be there. This is why I now choose Raising Canes as my fave chicken place. Should have gone there tonight.
