For some reason at night the employees could care less. I have currently waited over 20 minutes for a regular meatball sub.(still no food) They are always goofing off, nobody at the window and register. I’m not sure why its like this at night……sadly consistent! Have called to speak to the owner…….crickets!

I came here at night time also. Got the club on a sub, they forgot to put bacon on the sandwich. As many people as they have working. One sandwich shouldn’t be that hard to remember to put bacon on it.

One thing I like about Firehouse is a consistent product that taste great, no matter where you are. The Powdersville Firehouse is no exception. All three of our sandwiches were phenomenal. The restaurant was relatively clean with only the Drink Machine in need of attention. All-in-all, this location represented the brand well and I would definitely visit again if I am back in this part of the country.

Was a little pricey. Two sandwiches, 3 drinks, and a cookie was $27. The sandwich I had, the Italian on white, had a strange taste that didn’t sit well. I ate a little over half and couldn’t take the taste anymore. I ended up throwing the rest away.

We love Firehouse, but this location on hwy. 153 in Powdersville was a big disappointment. This was a Sunday afternoon visit. The staff acted and looked miserable. We paid extra for the garlic bread add-on but did not receive it, one of the sandwiches did not have the pickle spear, and the bread was not good at all…it was quite soggy and chewy. This location is certainly not representing the Firehouse brand in a positive light.

A large hero combo was $9.61 in 2009. In 2009 the buns were wider and more meat. Yesterday a large hero combo was $17.53. I have attached the picture from yesterday and 2009. Everything is more expensive but “it is just getting to be too much”.

I’m thru with firehouse in Powdersville. The service is extremely slow so I tried to order ahead with drive through, I gave it many chances and I’m thru. The phone ordering service is SO bad, once I had an employee tell don’t use the phone ordering so my choices are to go in and wait a long time or use drive through and wait longer after my order is messed up.

The food is fine…just like all Firehouse Subs. The service, however, needs improvement. I just picked up yet another incorrect order from this location. This is the 5th out of my last 7 orders that have had ingredients left out. They weren’t even busy tonight. There is no excuse other than indifference. It’s sad. Management, if you happen to read this, please stress to your employees that consistently screwing up customer orders will cost you business. I like your food and would like to continue patronizing your location, but this is ridiculous.

The sub was excellent, but the service was very slow! Also I ask for two large cooking ladders fully involved, and they gave me two 6-in subs and then tried to throw in two small subs to make up the difference. This place needs some serious help when it comes to employees listening and paying attention to their customers.

The staff at this location handled a special large order for our company. They came in way early in the morning and had everything ready by 6:30 in the morning. They helped me load them in my vehicle and the whole time they were very pleasant. Thank you for preparing meals for our employees.
