This is the closest location to my house and I go frequently. The past month or so I have been receiving half filled drinks, incorrect orders (which I do not send back even though I can not stand milk in my coffee) or extremely slow service. I always order on the app in an attempt to move things along a little faster (busy mom if three) and twice now I have gone and my order seemed to have been forgotten (well after the designated 10-12 minutes).

This is probably my favorite Starbucks that I go to. Their drinks are consistently delicious. The baristas are so friendly and always remember me and my order. I don’t know what it is about this Starbucks, but their drinks taste better. Every time. I get a vanilla iced latte with extra syrup, an extra shot, and oat milk. It seems simple enough, but believe me when I tell you that some places mess it up. This Starbucks is great!

This Starbucks has been out of whipped cream for about three weeks now. The customer service is horrible, when I went in to order an employee threw their headset upon us walking in the door then did not speak to us when we went to order, just stared at us waiting for us to speak.

I was there a few days ago and I was using my Google pay for the first time and did not know how to use it. I asked the girl behind the counter and she just quietly said “I have Apple pay” and I said “okay, where do I scan it?” And she said to me again “like I said, I have Apple pay so I don’t know what to tell you” so I proceeded to try and figure it out and luckily I got it and she seemed super annoyed with her arms crossed and impatient with me and there were only a couple people behind me. Instead of having that attitude, she could have said “this is what I do with my Apple pay maybe try that.” She continued to speak very quietly and acted like she didn’t care about any of the customers there. This generation is so lazy and pathetic it’s really sad. All these kids care about is a paycheck, she should be happy that she has a job! I will not be going to that Starbucks again

Usually i wouldn’t bother with this but it was just so terrible. I ordered 2 drink, one was a large white mocha, they put the wrong flavor in & it had whipped… the other iced caramel cream cold brew with 2 shots espresso. There was no caramel no espresso & tasted like the milk had gone bad :/
