Very disappointing. Placed an order to be delivered and the wrong items got delivered. Three of the 4 items were wrong and when they were called we were just told too bad that is what we ordered. It is way too expensive to spend all that money on a fairly large order and not be able to eat it since it wasn’t something that we liked. We will not be ordering from them again since they clearly don’t care if they get your order right and then blame the customer for screwing it up. It is a shame as I ordered quite often for my family as well as my work.

I have been living in the area for over half a year now, and I am sad that I listened to all the negative reviews and didn’t try this place sooner. My husband and I decided to finally try it about 2 weeks ago, and really thought it was good. We tried it again yesterday, and tried a couple of different items, once again it was very good. I know everywhere can have bad days, but don’t just go off of these bad reviews, so far we have been very happy with everything we have had.

I ordered 10 naked mild wings which are priced at $15.99. Their wings are advertised as jumbo wings with a picture of what wings should look like on their menu. The wings I got are subpar and far from jumbo and are about as small as the cup of ranch they came with. The only positive thing I can say about my experience is the delivery driver expresses awesome customer service and is very outgoing. Gonna be the last time I order wings from here.

Milano’s has really went downhill. I stopped and ordered a Greek salad and small pizza. While waiting, noticed how dirty the place is. Dust hanging off the ceiling, floor sticky, and young employee behind the register picking her face. When I got home the salad was absurd ratios of green peppers and tasteless feta cheese. The house dressing was like paste so thick with seasonings. Just terrible flavor in the salad. It was expensive also! The pizza had good flavor, hence the 2* review. I won’t go back tho. My friend got a burger. She said the burger was good but it had too much onion and “12” pickles. Their ratios are off. I’m sorry but they need a new cook/chef.

In my shrimp basket I ordered the shrimp came so burnt they were hard as a rock and no cocktail sauce. My cheese fries came limp and mushy. My mozzarella sticks were crispy on one side and wet on the other side, and it was just all nasty to be honest
