My wife and I had a great experience at this location. We should up around 6pm and had a ~25 min wait. Unfortunately, the bar was closed due to staffing issues. Our waitress, named Patience, was very attentive despite having a large section to cover. The food came out exactly as we ordered and drinks were excellent too! My wife got the Raspberry lime swirl margarita and I got the strawberry lime swirl. Their queso is also incredible!

Always a fan of Chuy’s. I always say I am gonna get something different whenever I go, but I always end up ordering the Fajita chicken burrito with boom boom sauce. Great taste and portion. I got my mother and my grandmother a custom vegetarian chimichanga with boom boom sauce as they do not eat meat. The waiter and cook were kind enough to comply. My wife got the Green Chile Verde chicken enchiladas. One of the special items they have right now. The first bit she had of the chicken was a bit chewy, but I think the rest was ok. We also got the loaded nachos as an app. My mom loves those. Our waiter was excellent. I cannot remember his name but we came for lunch on June 2 at 12:39 pm and sat to the right of the bar off the entrance. I hope you can track down that guy and tell him he is an excellent waiter. Very nice and attentive guy. If I find the receipt, I will update his name! Would definitely come back to this location.

This was my first visit to Chuy’s. The former location is O’Charley’s on White Bridge Rd and Post Road, near Target. The Greeter directed me straight to the To Go Order section. However, the tables in this area were uncleaned.

Cold food, taco shells were stale from sitting out, vegetables were not cooked (still hard & crunchy). Menu was unclear. Refried beans were chunky and not heated. Rice was okay. Chips were great (hot and fresh), dip was not. The meat was not as greasy as other places which was a plus, but I’d take a pass on this location. Not the full menu of a normal Chuy’s. Server was nice.

Me and my colleagues went to Chuy’s to celebrate a friends birthday! We went in with no reservation and a birthday cake. Brianna the hostess found us a table for 10 with in 10 minutes which we were soo grateful for! They also allowed us to leave the birthday cake in the fridge until after we ate. Our server Grady was the best! He was so sweet and helpful even though we were a hand full Id give him a 10000/10. At the end we asked him if he could get the cake ready with the candles which he did and he bought it out. So were really grateful for Grady and the rest of the staff!! Thank you! I would definetly go to Chuy’s again. Great dining experience. Oh and the food was great!!

We traveled from quite a distance just to eat here. We love this location due to access. You can pull right up and park, no mall parking issues, no valet or limited downtown streetside parking; they have a nice big parking lot. The staff are amazing and very personable. When our server learned our story of traveling to just eat there, it was relayed to the managers. At different times, we met both managers and were treated as if we were longtime customers. I’ve ate at Chuy’s locations all over and this is by far the best location I’ve stepped foot inside. Oh, and the food, well, it was awesome too!

Nothing beats creamy jalapeño dip and a happy hour marg. My order came out wrong but they were so quick to fix it, Chuy’s will always have a special place in my heart. And I like this location because it’s never crazy busy or too loud. They have a lot of space

Had to come leave a review after the top notch customer service I received tonight. I wrote in to request a refund (on part of a to go order) for a side I ordered and didn’t receive (creamy jalapeño ranch, iykyk). I really wasn’t mad – I actually laughed to my friends that this was my payback for getting takeout when I had perfectly good food in the fridge .
