When we walked into the place to order our food we had to wait cause no one was paying attention to the front. Delivery drivers were coming and going (like 6.) They were friendly but still had to tell for someone to take our order. We got 5 topping pizza and 2 of the toppings we asked for extra cheese and extra pepperoni and when we got it there was no extra cheese and normal amount of pepperoni. Was a little more brown than we like it. A little disappointed they don’t offer military disabled veteran discount. I guess not everyone needs to support the people that fought for their rights and safety. We will probly try them again some time and see if the experience is any different. (Will let you know).

Ordered 2 medium pizzas waited at least an hour before I called just to get told my driver gotta come back to get it and was gonna bring it so I waited another hour got a text saying the driver outside but when I went no one was there but the order was completed. Still waiting on a refund days later. Don’t waste your time

Poor service, messed up my order. Person I spoke to regarding the issue was rude and very condescending! He acted as if it was my fault they messed up the order! Will no longer order from that location. .

I ordered 2 sandwiches and 8 PC wings – 1 s sandwich was good, the other was ok. My biggest complaint is with the wings. I usually pull them apart for my 1 year old and noticed how fatty they were. He ate ALL 8 of the meat that was actually on the wings. Compared to the 3 wings he usually eats elsewhere, that’s bad. Not going back

If I could give it 0 I would. I placed an order around an hour before close. They said it was being made all was good. Then they canceled it like 20 minutes later. When I tried to call an employee answered said they were closed and hung up on me. I called back and they answered and hung up immediately. They are incredibly rude and have terrible customer service skills. I just wanted to know why my order was canceled and if I could just come pick it up instead

New Year day. 1-1-2023. The female employee is the rudest and the most unprofessional person alive!!! First off I ordered online, I get an email stating my order is ready. As we pull up to get our food, she calls me to state that they are out of mushrooms. I asked her that she hasn’t even started our order yet???? No, it will be another 20 minutes. Went in to get food, asked her if I could get two complimentary garlic dipping sauce. She said no! I asked for manager, she said she was, I asked her name, she said no. HEY DOMINO’S YOU BETTER KEARN TO TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER OR BETTER YET, FIRE HER!!!!!!! NEVER WILL GO BACK!!!!!!!!

According to the delivery tracker on their website my order sat there for 30 minutes. It came out of the oven thirty minutes before the driver left with it…. I have ordered from them a ton of times. Usually my issue is that they messed up something or forget something I ordered. Let’s hope after sitting for 30 minutes they got it right and remember everything this time. It had better be hot.

I know you guys are running a half off promotion, but if I order extra of a topping and get less than I normally would without ordering extra the promotion seems disingenuous. I paid for extra cheese and extra toppings and you took my money and did not give me what I ordered. Also, how do you not have a warming oven? The pizzas sit on a wire rack next to the prep table. I walked in within seconds of the order tracker telling me my pizza was ready and it was sitting there almost lukewarm already. I appreciate the low prices, but don’t rip people off.
