Years ago when we moved into the area we were extremely pleased to find the Mustard Seed! Their food was very good with (in our opinion) the absolute best Beer Battered Cod in the NW! UNFORTUNATELY they have transitioned away from beer batter to a breaded cod that is so-so at best. We have had it twice & both times the breading was bland at best & the fish slightly dried out. On both visits this sure seemed to infer frozen, pre-breaded fish! We ask the waitress why & was given the most lame answer we have heard in a long time. She said: ~”with covid making it hard to find good help we found they couldn’t make it properly” & “the breaded style is more popular”. Are you serious? Wow, what an answer! So sad as this was one of the main reasons for us visiting The Mustard Seed! Please consider bringing back the main reason we came to your establishment.

This is the place to go to watch a game or just hang out! Tv’s everywhere, pool tables, darts, a few video games to boot! But this is especially the place to go if you’re a Packer fan! They have a spot designated for Packers fans, Go Pack Go? No! Go Hawks! Oh and the food was typical pub food, the more you drink the better it gets! The service was very good!

Firstly Alanna is the best! Give this human a raise my god! So accommodating with my friends and their wild requests. No judgement to them and just consistently great. 2ndly food is massive and d-licious. We took a gamble as none of us had been here before and came out feeling like millionaire! 10/10
