Worst restaurant ever. No gloves are being used, one of the nastiest restaurants in Vallejo hands down. The employees don’t care about anyone except themselves, and they are full of themselves. If you complain to them instead of listening they start to argue with you.

The food has definitely gotten progressively worse over the years. I just ordered a fish combo, red snapper and shrimp. The fish was cooked ok but the jumbo shrimp were ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! as well as the bread!! the shrimp was over breaded and the breading was just nasty, the shrimp also had like a freezer burnt taste!! As far as the bread, I have never had nasty bread like wth? Anyways, I’m done with this JJ’s location and will only be buying my fish and shrimp from Trans.

Very very disappointed with my 3 orders of fish. It was really a waste of money. My filet of sole was not seasoned well, fried so hard it was not even edible. My catfish with bone was just as bad, if not worse. This was my second attempt at giving this location a chance, it was just as bad as the first time…. so you can guess they won’t be getting a third. I should’ve just drove to the West Oakland location… ♀️

The fish waz very delicious, catfish nuggets, tilapia, and the Buffalo fish, the hush puppies were great, and my dad really enjoyed the banana pudding. Will be going back and could make it a fish and seafood Friday. Service was great and very considerate. There are many more things I would like to try on there menu. So go enjoy and U be the judge. I’m sure you will be back.

Hole in the wall spot but the food is amazing. Little pricy but for the $ we paid we got a TON of food and it was all great. Breaded and fried Sole, Jumbo Shrimp, and Chicken strips the size of a half-breast and fries and toast on rhe side…so good.
