Stopped here after visiting Kings Island for a snack. Food was fresh and hot. Very nice folks at the counter. I would highly recommend this restaurant location.

PRICE DIFFERENCE.. All we got was ice cream, but they were good & done correctly & people were friendly, but if ur from a different area like us (Circleville, OH), beware of the price difference!! Our DQ, my LG. Hard-dip cone shake is $4.29, at this location $6.89…. Way too big of a price difference. But if money isn’t an issue for u, then it’s an ok place. Oh & we did drive thru, so idk what the inside was like..

Was home and saw the sign which pointed toward a dq. When I arrived I was like this should be interesting. It was a DQ mixed into a gas station, so a pump, dump and sweeten up all in one.

First off, the restroom was absolutely disgusting. The employees weren’t very friendly & could barely speak English; & before it’s said, No I’m not being racist, I’m simply stating a fact, Period!!! Spent almost $32 for a chicken basket w/drink & A triple. Chzburger combo meal sub. fries to chz curds. The worst $32 I’ve ever spent. Fries were way too salty, chicken was ovr cooked & dry/hard, gravy was like water, mini biscuits tasted like cardboard, & cheeseburger was extremely bland. Tasted as if the patties had been sitting out at room temp. for hrs. We will NOT be going back here again.

Seems like the food was old and just reheated like they didn’t want to throw it away so they redropped it in the grease. Electrical and the fountain drink hoses were exposed on the floor and the tables were unstable and rocked. Worst DQ experience ever!

Worst customer service imaginable. Three employees plus the owner was at the register staring at me and nobody said anything. I will drive 10 miles out of my way just so I won’t come back here anymore.

The one out on Gano road is a rip off. Just go to the one in town on Rombach Ave. I ordered a number two which is supposed to be a double cheeseburger with fries and a drink now. Granted I did get it large and I substituted my fries for cheese curd. I ordered another number too large just regular and they charged me $47. He rang up everything individually. Did not make it a number two… Then wanted to argue and get mad when I asked for a receipt. Never again

This place is extremely clean for a convenience store. Not everything is scrubbed down there are a few dusty gas cans, but the surfaces you might touch are in excellent condition.

Poor service. Charged and paid for three fountain drinks that were horrible. Told them and they didn’t refund or even apologize for that matter. Of course we had to purchase three beverages from the convenient store that is part of the same building. Use to be a good place but new ownership has ruined it. I’ll never stop again and will tell everyone I know to avoid it. Giving one star is one star to many.
