Amazing service, the staff is great. They are always polite and friendly. And even more so they know and learn their customers. I dont know how many times my gf or I have gone into the building and have simply been asked “1 or 2?” Because they know our order by heart, and to me personally as a consumer that means the most. It shows me that they care. They always joke around with us. (Admittedly it took some time for them to warm up to us jokeing with them. ) but never the less they are a great staff there dosent matter the day of the week or the time of day or even in-store or in the drive-thru my gf and myself both love not just the quality of service but also the quality of staff interaction we recive when we visit and thats every day. We refuse to go to any of the other local stores. This is our Dunkin home. Keep up the great work all of you over there…..

Me and my friend went to this Dunkin’ Donuts they are so kind they have a lot of respect for people and I am grateful for that Dunkin I will be coming there every time I want Dunkin there amazing people 10/10 service you should must definitely go there you will be happy and greatful thank you to this Dunkin.

(This is the Dunkin’ Donuts on broadway st in the Southport plaza in the town of Elmira)(I’m also a student of Notre dame high school so this location is the closest to me) and sometimes stop to get a refresher (especially the new mango pineapple) however when I stopped in this morning it was packed! I don’t blame the person whatsoever who made my drink (Lrg mango pineapple refresher, regardless I drank the whole thing) this morning because I understand how it feels during rush hour when making food/drink,but when I got my drink I thought everything was made right but I think who ever made my drink this morning either gave me the right cup and label but the wrong drink. I’m only saying this because I have (diagnosed by my doctor when 3) adhd and the side affects of adhd makes your heart beat faster then normal people with out it, (The meds that I take to help with my adhd basically adds more adrenaline on top of my adhd) which means I have to watch how much caffeine I take in, and with most energy drinks that I drink my body reacts differently then people without adhd, and the reaction that I’m still having right now was the same when i had one can of monster for the first time, so I’m thinking that who ever made my drink this morning gave me the right cup but the wrong drink. As I said I don’t blame the worker at all if it was a mistake, but I just want to let whoever reads this review even if it’s a worker, management, etc… that if you make a mistake on an order or you think you read an order wrong double check the order, even if you do realize that an order was made wrong tell the customer that you made a mistake and that you will try your best to accommodate them. Yes some people won’t be as understanding about it than others if their orders wrong but my advice is to be patient with the customer and to be understanding. Other than that any time I go here their really nice and amazing!!

I ordered a large refresher and a medium ice coffee on Monday because it was free medium coffee with a purchase and then it was over $8 so I asked why it was soo much because I was using the app the medium should have been free and then they tell me that the cold brews are not valid for that offer and they argued with me and my son said that they already ordered the coffee and I paid all but like .38 and they told me that I had to pay for it even though they messed up. I used to stop at that one allot but the past few times I have been there I have had trouble. They are very rude and disrespectful

For the past 2 years this has been my local dunkin, i was a very regular customer and they even have memorized my order. Always friendly and polite, almost never any msitakes but if their is they correct it super quickly! I’m sad to be moving I don’t think I’ll ever find another dunkin I love as much as this one!!

Young people too much in a rush. Food use to be prepared with care. Burnt croissant, cheese not melted. Sausage overcooked and egg dried out. The only good thing they do is coffee. Had to throw out the sandwich and go to McDonald’s for a proper egg. sausage and cheese on a English muffin.

I went trough the drive through at 7:30 at night I placed an order for my drink I was getting 2 and they wouldn’t listen to me I wanted my drink a specific way and they just kept saying pull up when we got to the window we had to knock on it to get his attention then he was rude to us and kept slamming the window… Do not recommended going to this location unless you want to have your blood boiling.

About a month ago I went to this location to buy 4lbs of ground hazelnut coffee. I’ve chosen this location for years because they have the largest selection of flavors and it’s usually buy 3 get one free.
