This place is a joke. How is my iPhone 14 (not even the pro or max) bigger than my burrito? Our order was a veggie burrito, chicken bowl, a soda and large chips/queso. The chicken bowl had only a half of scoop of rice in it and there was no chicken. There were no veggies in the veggie burrito. The queso was cold, and look how low that level is (the bag of chips barely had anything in it as well). I spent $33 on all of this and it was a waste of money. Chipotle has gone down hill and I will never be a returning customer.

Waited over 20 minutes PAST when my food said it would be ready. Got 2 bowls. One with extra chicken. Both bowls weren’t even halfway filled, and the one with “double chicken” barely had chicken. So sick of this Chipotle always messing it up. And the food was cold?

How does this place stay in business. Honestly. I just got my order and it was absolutely ridiculous, they forgot to add chips and guacamole. They didn’t put guacamole on my bowl. This was my final stray for chipotle. No one should eat here until they improve their product. Absolute trash. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Placed an online order on August 28th around 11:30am to be picked up at 12:10. I had paid for extra rice and the bowl was very empty/low. I asked for light Pico De Gallo and got extra extra. Very disappointed because they were doing online orders only so there should have been more attention to detail.

(Online) Ordered 3 burritos, 2 of which were supposed to have lettuce. Notice anything off about them? They all came in bowls and were perhaps the saddest excuse for a burrito ever. When I contacted Chipotle about the situation, all they offered was a free drink coupon.

I wanted to give it no stars, but it forced me to give one star. This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. It’s the closest to my house, so I’m kind of forced to go there without driving 20 minutes away. And I’m not sure if it’s just the lunch hour or what but the service is absolutely horrendous. They do not offer all the food on the menu, such as fajita veggies and were not serving guacamole today because they were “short staffed “. The girl who is the one making your food in front of you during the lunch hour is so rude. It’s disgusting. They were not busy today at all when I came in so they can’t use that excuse, but I almost walked out today and left my food on the counter because of her attitude. She got mad because she gave me the wrong thing that I asked for. And so she had to re-create my food. I am not sure who the manager is, but I’ve tried to contact them multiple times and I can’t get through to anyone. So here is my review. Save y’all time and go to a different chipotle. Or maybe don’t even bother going during lunch hour. I have not experienced the dinner hour, but if it’s anything like the lunch hour I’ll pass.

I ordered a pick up order and my bowl was smaller then the container by far…… no peppers or lettuce. guacamole tasted like nothing. Im going to go back to the dinky town location for sure I recommend everyone else does too if i could give no stars i would.

What a joke. Get my food…. Everything is in tin foil mashed together, greasy, and cold. No chips and queso that I ordered. Everything else in little plastic cups.

They rarely have fajitas. The staff are usually chill, but most are instructed to be super stingy on ingredients and for a while they had a sign up that threatened to charge for an extra spoonful of rice or beans. Would never eat in the store it is such an awkward vibe.

Online orders are never, never made on time. Normally 20+ minutes after order time, no matter when you put it in. Floors are gross. Service is non responsive. Always seems packed still. How have they not figured this out yet? I love chipotle but this location has never put out what I expect.
