Food and coffee were all fine and dandy but there was one girl working who was on her phone constantly, extremely rude to another customer who asked for almond milk and was given a latte with regular milk and continued to very loudly rant about everything.

I bought two medium coffees and both coffees was not filled up. Instead of getting two medium coffees I got two small coffees on a medium cup. Really disappointed.

It’s Dunkin. Good food and generally good service. I love the donuts and sandwiches, but the ice coffee is the best.

The slowest Dunkin but the only one in the area that is open 24 hours. I usually stop here between 10pm and 2am after I get out of work. It’s a miracle if the drive through takes less than 10 minutes. Many times it’s taken more than 20 with just one car in front of me. The only plus beside actually being open is their coffee is pretty decent for a DD.

It was raining and the drive through had a huge line. Fortunately the staff was very effective and I was barely waiting for two minutes with ~4 cars in front of me. Drive through server understood my order (which can be difficult with the speakers/microphone). My iced coffee was decently mixed and made perfectly.

The coffee is great. What i don’t understand is why my drive through orders are 80% incorrect and my walk in orders are 100% correct. It is not an issue with the order taker. My order is always correct when repeated back to me. Whoever is making the orders is not taking the time to read! I ask for a cookies and cream black with 8 splenda. Even though repeated back correctly i will typically receive a regular coffee with cream and 8 splenda. Which is still good but not what i was expecting. Having difficulty walking it appears if i want my order correct i need to go inside as should you.

Almost every time I order at this location my coffee is incorrect, my order is a very simple one too but 3 out of 5 times it’s not correct. The coffee always has an odd aftertaste I can’t tell if it’s from the sanitizer used to clean things or if it’s from sitting for a prolonged period of time.
