Went this morning and ordered two bacon egg and cheese tacos. The menu picture looked so awesome. What I got was two taco shells with almost nothing in them and one shell not even a complete shell. When I brought to staff attention they remade them with only slightly more feelings. The picture is of the remade tacos. I love Dunkin Coffee but their food????

I placed a curbside pick-up order and it took the staff 4 trips and 30 minutes to complete my order. Upon returning home (after this whole fiasco), I opened my order and was appalled. The food was poor quality and (as seen in the photo taken immediately upon opening the wrapper) half of the sausage was missing from the biscuit. I drove back to this Dunkin to make the staff aware of their mistake and they had the audacity to accuse me of driving home, cutting the sausage patty in half, consuming one half of the sausage patty, and then driving back to blame it on them. I am beyond words to describe how upset and disappointed I am.

Overlook the facade, It is the worst Duncan in the Tri-County area. How do you have microwavable bacon that is raw. They forget eggs, the food is always cold. And when someone orders their iced coffee with three cream and three sugars, that is what they want. You wouldn’t expect a heavy pour of cream and sugar every drink I have ever ordered from here tastes like syrup, it is disgrace for Duncan. And do not call the store and expect them to pick up as it is not a corporate store and do not care about the problem or inconvenience of your day even if it’s their fault. And yet there’s someone always ready to take your money.. and they do not honor the refill policy, but they sale the Duncan branded cups for refill worst experience from a Duncan donuts ever. Re-cap 08/23 service and food has greatly improved service is prompt and coffee is made quickly and correct I had to revisit and revise review since the much-improved store

I walked in the morning and went straight to the restroom to wash my hands. When I came out and walked up to order…..my drink was already made and waiting for me! Outstanding service. This crew runs the best Dunkin in the area.

If I could give NO stars, I would. This location is the most frustrating, unfriendly, unprofessional Dunkin Doughnuts I have ever been to. I thought after giving them the benefit of the doubt, being new and all, that it would improve, but nope! Just a few examples, drive threw takes about an hour, because they get the orders wrong and when u get to window to say they forgot something, they tell you they can’t add anything to order and would have to get back in line!!! What?? Then get back around and they practically throw it in your face and say nothing, like you are an the inconvenience! They got my order wrong once of many, and tried to tell me I was wrong and then went around corner to talk about you! I w gotten up to drive thru 20 min before closing and serve car in front of me and then I pull up and they say they are closed!! What?? 30 min early? It’s just one big headache every single time. So if anyone gives a review on here saying the opposite, then they are a fake review. This location needs a complete staff change!

Dunkin needs to standardize how they make their drinks. This location has been open a while and everytime I order my “usual” I get something different. This is especially true if you swap locations but at this one it totally depends who makes my drink if I’m going to get what I want.

Went in to the location this am to get a coffee. While I understand ya’ll were busy, ackowledging a customer and being polite goes a long way. Who would have thought needing to pay with cash would be a problem. Simply based on how I was treated I will never return to this location agan.

I tried to love this place. They constantly mess up food and drink orders. Particularly, the woman with the almost black longer hair. Today, was the last straw. Receipt says iced tea, but I get about 2 miles down the road (my bad for not checking it…) and of course she poured sweet. Drive back and she grabs the sweet out if my hand, no apology, chucks it into the trashcan with attitude and sets my unsweetened tea down with attitude… how can you have the attitude??? I’m the one who had to drive back and now I’m late for choir practice before church. She’s argued in the past with my husband before that she made his coffee correctly. Also, this woman snapped back at us when i asked if they had anymore milk because there wasnt any left in the front fridge. We’ve received sandwhich that were literally just bread. Received stale donuts. I’ve also had “filled” donuts with no filling. Ordered donuts where they ignored what I asked for and completely picked their own assortment. There are a couple really sweet and responsible people there but the others are going to tank that place.
