Ordered a Deep dish pizza. Person who took our order never washed his hands after touching the money and put his dirty hands in the cheese. We told the manager and he said..he made a mistake. The manager never told the worker to wash his hands. We asked for a refund and left the store. We will be calling the health department

Great taste and reasonable prices! Ordered online and when order Is ready a code comes to your phone. I bypassed the people in the restaurant, waiting for their order, and went to what looks like a tall warming station, where there are çompartments for the hot orders; I typed in the order code and the compartment opens up, along with a pleasant computer voice instructing me to get my order out.

It’s only 4:30 pm and I tried to place an order through the pizza portal and when I get to check out they tell me it’s closed. I called the store to place an order. The first phone call was picked up and hung up. I called again and spoke with someone who had a serious attitude. I placed an order and have a name. They said 20 minutes. My gf arrives 20 minutes later and pick up my order. It’s 15 more minutes before they even acknowledge her. They say they never got any order. I try to call them and they had disconnected the phone. My girlfriend waits another 10 minutes and places an order. They give the wrong order. This place either needs shut down or a whole new team needs brought in. They advertise open until 7pm hours (which is an absolute disgrace) but are rarely ever open past 5 most days. They disconnect their phone line in order to avoid any responsibility. This is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. I do not know the franchise owner, but they should be ashamed and are a shameful stain on the company.

How do you make this mistake? I clearly ordered pepperoni cheese bread and they gave me cheese bread. Absolutely ridiculous. Whoever works there around 650pm needs to be fire. This was either done on purpose, out of laziness, or not paying attention. None are acceptable.

Omg I know why Little Caesars disappeared from PA in early 2000s. This food is nasty it tastes like you lost a bet and have eat jerky found under a car seat. I feel bad cause apparently founder of this place paid for Rosa Parks apartment til she died. But good so bad I can’t justify coming back.

Store hours are posted to close at 8pm. Stopped in at 730pm. Open sign was on but all lights were out inside of store. I went in to order crazy bread, hot wings and pepperoni pizza. The worker which was a female stated the only thing we have is 2 pepperoni and bread sticks. We do not have any hot wings. Mind you the hours are posted for the store to be open for 30 more mins. She had plenty of time to make an order but obviously was not going to. I purchased the pizza and bread sticks and left. The pizza was cold and very stale obviously made earlier in the day. The bread sticks were stale and hard as well.

Fast, easy, had ready to go pizzas with no wait, staff was friendly and efficient. Pizza was good. One did have an abundance of sauce and one not so much sauce so consistency isn’t A+ but humans make them not robots.

This was the worst pizza I ever got from the white oak store. It was cold, the whole pizza looked liked it was fake. Must have made the crust with paste. It actually looked liked a yesterday’s pizza. If I ever go back I will ask how fresh and when was it made
