The redo of the restaurant is great but we noticed they were understaffed. Fine. I understand in the weeds… but we stood at the counter for 10 minutes. My daughter and I . Then, the cashier forgot what I just asked for. When we got our food, it was slapped together, cold fries, etc. and when I kindly told her that the ketchup dispensers were out, she aggressively flopped a handful of ketchups on my tray.

As a man who cooks fast-casual food, this was embarrassing to eat. I have no problem eating Burger King, but this place is bad. Beautiful looking establishment, and relatively clean from what i saw, but that is the only positive. The sandwiches were too sloppy and not presented well at all. My dad’s chicken sandwich was greasy, instead of CRISPY. And the fried items were the worst. Fries and mozzarella sticks were overdone, and the jalapeño bites were cooked to the point that the cheese had busted out of the shell and I’m assuming burnt up in the fryer. I paid 1.99 for essentially crunchy bread. I’m also guessing that they haven’t changed their grease in a good bit.
