Good (combo) meal value, pretty good vegetarian option, and they have a Coke Freestyle machine. Their bread is uniquely crispy and, IMO, perfect for sandwiches. Salt-and-vinegar chips have a strong flavor (not complaining!). It was just a little chilly in there, but that’s seasonal.

First time at this place . It’s a nice little shop for a fast bite. Sandwich shop is about it . Bread for my taste was a bit on the hard side. My husband loves this place but also said it’s changed . His review will be better then this but I added the pics to help you see for yourself .

I’ve been ordering the Turkey Original for 30 years the same way. No mayo, add mustard. They left off the salamis, kalamata olives and red onion… which make this sandwich so unique and delicious. Couldn’t return it since I was traveling. For a sandwich that’s $10 by itself, damn sure should be right!

Schlotzsky’s is a family favorite. With none where we live, we always look for one on our route when on vacation. This one looks new, and has that new sandwich shop smell lol. There are a few bumps (no soap in the restrooms), but the staff more than made up for with pleasant and kind attitudes. Next time we run up or down I75, we will be stopping by for those Origins!

Don’t Stop Here! No forks, the Cinnabon was like cardboard, &, the food was horrible. The lady and the young man at the register were so focused on each other that they could careless about the customer experience.

Sandwich that is to be served hot, was cold. They tried to reheat it instead of just making another one the correct way. There is 1 employee that is very lazy. Owner, visit your store and you will see. This is not the Schlotzsky’s standard. I don’t mind the higher price, but I won’t go back for low quality.

Second review: Gave another chance today, 3/20/23. Again, bacon transparent, not crispy and missing the add-on black olives. They were out of all drinks but orange fanta and coke zero. We arrived well almost at 12pm, they open at 11am, bread was not cooked, had to wait on it. They gave bathroom towels as napkins. When I asked for a refund on my sandwich and chips, the “manager” tried to tell me at first they didn’t charge me for me, when I pressed her about the charges she then said we were charged for chips. I don’t need the chips if I don’t have a sandwich. Pizza was ordered with extra sauce, it didn’t have extra sauce.

Couldn’t get the BOGO pizza on wendesday to work when I checked out online. I get to the store hoping for some help. They have some young manager at the store that seems to barely understand English. He was zero help and I ended up paying full price. Called Customer service and they weren’t much help either.

Looooove this place!! The sandwiches here were too good. Always enjoy coming here with family when driving through town. Definitely ask for the hot sauce it’s killer!! The employees are always so nice too 🙂
