I got a number one, chicken sandwich with coleslaw, medium hot. It wasn’t very hot. I’ll order fully hot next time. It was super messy, as to be expected, just something to consider. I should have asked for the coleslaw on the side, I don’t know if that’s possible but would have been easier to eat. Other reviews say it’s a bit too sweet overall. I sort of agree, and the fries are too salty but I don’t see other people saying that, so maybe it’s just me or I got an extra salty batch! The French fry sauce is the star of the show, it’s a bit like chick fillet sauce but so much better that it could be a nationally recognized condiment available in grocery stores. It’s remarkable. Maybe ask for an extra side of it! I heard they had bogo meals on Sunday but it’s not advertised so they won’t give you the discount unless you specifically tell them. It seemed weird to me because they offer it online but not actual customers that take the time to go to the restaurant?? That’s somehow insulting, and also if you tip 20 percent you will be tipping 20 percent of the total price before the discount. So take that into account. I just got myself a chicken sandwich from there and it was awesome. All made fresh to order. Got the afterburner sauce on the chicken it was perfect. Just the right amount of heat for me.The GOOD sauce was amazing too. I also got the chicken tenders. They were great too. I forgot to take a picture of the chicken sandwich.

Oh my goodness. So I was put doing doordash and walked in hungry so decided to pick up lunch and man I was so happy I did. This was a very good meal. The Mac and cheese YEEEEEEEAAAAASSSS! The ladies that were working that day were so super sweet, and you don’t get that many places anymore. They actually had a conversation and were still able to work.

Absolutely amazing! From the amazing staff to the amazing quality food! I’ll definitely be back!! Got the chicken and waffles with the after burn sauce on the side. And the cinnamon donuts with the glaze on the side.

My husband and I get food from here pretty often. Everything we’ve had had been amazing. I’m a huge Mac and cheese fan and I have to say, HCK has the best not homemade Mac and cheese that I’ve ever had. SO good! It’s cheesy enough that even the saucy chicken doesn’t hide the flavor of the Mac. I’m a huge fan!

The chicken breast was huge and plump but I wasn’t getting Nashville Hot. In fact I wasn’t getting that through and through seasoning you may expect from Chick FIL A or KFC or even Kirkwood Red Bag. I don’t like slaw so I skipped it on my sandwich. There was a sweetish sauce on the bun ( I’m guessing to offset the heat that wasn’t really there). I enjoyed the well seasoned fries which remained crispy despite the steamy box. The thick pickles were also friendly to my taste buds. I did also like the Good sauce. While I wouldn’t repeat the Nashville Hot sandwich I am very intrigued by the wings and will likely be back soon.

Did you just sit in line for 20 minutes to get chicken at a chain place, get your sandwich is cold and your fries are soggy, and you’re searching for a new fried chicken restaurant? Heres what you’re looking for! Fries are made to order, and chicken is awesome. There are different sauces, so if spice isn’t your thing no worries! We’re local and eat here at least once a month. It isn’t in the guidebooks yet, so it’s not usually super busy, check it out before it becomes a tourist magnet!

Everyone was super friendly. The food was amazing, no like really. I got the chicken sandwich and my husband got the tenders and we loved it! Even the fries were fresh and seasoned. Our only feedback is that the tables were very sticky I think from the top coat coming off. Other than that everything was fantastic. Thank you!
