We ordered a delivery order on a Friday night at 5:20. We were told it would take 45 minutes which we figured since it was Friday night. At 6:45 we still didn’t have our pizza, so my husband called and they said that the delivery driver was waiting for more orders to come in because he didn’t want to deliver just ours. That makes no sense to us. About 20 minutes later, our order finally arrived (almost 2 hours after we ordered) and it was cold. I had to warm it up in the oven before eating. The only reason this review has 2 stars is because the pizza and breadsticks are good, but we will not be ordering from here again.

This was my first time eating at this location and I will not be coming back anytime soon. I went in to eat lunch with my family at 12:30pm on a Sunday and everything was gone upon arrival. There was absolutely NO lettuce or condiments at the salad bar, the chicken was gone, and there was maybe three pizzas out and they all had been clearly out for some time. There was no dessert pizzas out and to top it all off, every single plate station was empty so when something DID get brought out, you couldn’t get it since all the plates were dirty! We would’ve loved to speak to a manager but we saw a total of maybe 3 staff working!

Been here a few times already, good food, good service. Staff in the morning are friendlier. Came in in the afternoon and had my plates stacking on my table as no one came to gather them, keeping in mind including myself there was only 4 tables with folks at them. This was our first time eating at this location. We came in a little late, but were told we would still be accommodated. Although the accommodations were not met and a few mistakes were made that impacted our experience, the manager on duty tried her best to make things right. But the real star of the show was a kind gentleman named Damon. While still doing his duties, he overheard that a tables requests were not met and chose to act on it. His handling of the situation shows he focuses on PR. The sincerity he showed completely changed how we felt about our experience and represents this location the best of everyone! Any other establishment would be very lucky to have such a professional working for them. He deserves to be a manager because he handled and corrected the mistakes that were made with his own integrity. I wish Undercover Boss were to do an episode here just so the CEO would meet Damon. We live over 5 hours away and will be back if he is working. I will be calling to make sure he gets this message!

Ahh…the Pizza Ranch! My husband had never experienced the Pizza Ranch so while visiting family in Iowa, we went for lunch. It was the Sunday after church crowd and they were very busy, so we did have to wait on some of the food, but overall it was just as I remembered…pizza is just ok, but the chicken is darn good fried chicken! Absolutely worth it, especially at the price point for the buffet!

The older woman who took our order (the buffet was closed) was EXTREMELY rude. She kept interrupting me and was very unpleasant. Made the entire experience unpleasant and uncomfortable. I don’t like leaving one star reviews, but the service was awful. We were the only people in the restaurant, so I don’t understand why she was acting like we were such a problem.
