I went here two days ago and ordered a Family Dinner Box. Was told it would be ready in 15 minutes, so we got there 20 minutes later. Got there, she said she was waiting on wings. Proceeded to wait an additional 20 minutes all the while the Pizza Dinner Box was sitting on top of the Oven. Some girl came from the back, looked at the receipt and said “oh this is yours”. Got home, there was hardly any buffalo sauce on the wings. The Marinara sauce was 1/4 filled. The breadsticks and Pizza was cold. When my mom called to complain, they were rude and tried to deflect blame onto the other workers. Was told I was going to be refunded money and nothing was ever refunded.

Ordered a stuffed crust with wings and bread sticks at 10:41 pm. Waited and called around 11:30 and was told my pizza should be there in a few minutes and was late due to having one driver at the time. Called again at 1AM and had to be issued a refund because apparently my pizza was “delivered” but nobody bothered to contact me whatsoever and nobody knocked on our door. I never received my pizza and will not be ordering from this location ever again and would not recommend. Very disappointed.

Called three times and put on hold for over 4:00 each time before hanging up. They answered the phone and pushed hold without saying a word. Terrible customer service!

Delivery driver couldn’t find my apt and was rushing me saying he had to go so I gave him some directions and he still couldn’t find my place. I then told him to just stay put and I’ll meet him and he hung up on me. Called the store immediately and told them the delivery driver was rude and that I wanted a refund. Probably won’t be ordering from them anymore. Even tipped the driver $10. I hate it’s an option before you even place the order so you can’t even tip accordingly.

I was craving pizza so bad tonight, but this was probably the worst Pizza Hut pizza I have ever had. I ordered it with pepperoni and for some reason when the order went through I ended up with a meatless pizza. When I looked at my order it showed there was no pepperoni ordered. There was barely any sauce on it. So I was eating bread cheese black olives and mushrooms. I’m glad I ordered some boneless wings. Wings get a 10 but the pizza is a -20. I have never had a issue with Pizza Hut.

My husband and I ordered two pizzas, cheesy bread, and pop at 9:40 PM. They said it would take up to 50 minutes even though we were at a hotel four minutes away from their restaurant. After an hour of waiting, we called and asked where our pizza was. They said their delivery person left three minutes ago with our food. We waited for our food in our hotel room. They closed at 11 PM. It’s been over two hours and we never received our food despite them charging our credit card. We will call them again when they’re open to get our food tomorrow or a refund. Save yourself the time and money and order pizza from somewhere else.

Love their pizza but so unhappy with their service. Our order wasn’t ready on time, they didn’t give us our breadsticks, then no sauce, then when we got home there was no seasoning on our breadsticks, just bread. Website wouldn’t add our “deals” to cart when we ordered and no delivery options in our area for Sunday. I’ve sent feedback with no real care shown. Too bad. They used to be our favorite pizza option.
