Ordered two steak melts, waited 20 minutes, they only cooked one. Told me they’d cook me another one but I’d hafta wait another 20 minutes. Told them to give me my money back. They acted like I was rude for not wanting to wait for the second one. They were not busy, no one else was waiting, no delivery driver was waiting, just didn’t give a damn about serving me.

Aaron and Owen were the absolute best! I called to get some pizzas for my sons Pokémon birthday party and they went above and beyond. Made the pizzas look like Pokémon balls and even drew Pokémon on the inside of the box and wished him a happy birthday! Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Thank you again!

We’ve been back in Texarkana for about 2 years and we have ordered pizza regularly from Pizza Hut.. they have now started to use doordash as a delivery service and you will not receive your pizza for at least an hour and a half after you’ve ordered it.. So, they are charging far too much for their Pizza and apparently can’t keep drivers.. just something you might want to note before you order…

Rainy night so I ordered pizza and wings online. Food came quicker than I expected and everything was hot, fresh and tasted great. They even put my black olives on the left side. My only criticism is that I always asks for my pizza to be baked “well done” and they never do it. Other than that it was great.

2 1/2 hours from start to finish. 1 wrong pizza. Both cold. 10 of the 28 minutes on hold was driving to the store 18 standing there listening to their phone ring. Nobody could be bothered. Got my $20 back and went to Little Caesars.
