A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of dining at The Onion Tree with my brother and his friends for his birthday. And it was honestly one of the best dining experiences I have had in a long time. The ambiance of the restaurant is great, as it feels lively while maintaining a cozy and friendly vibe during the dining experience.

This is our second time ordering from the Onion Tree, and it certainly won’t be the last. The chicken tikka masala pizza is so flavorful and the crust is always baked to perfection. Our stove broke so we haven’t been able to cook – naturally, we had to order some delicious pizza! I can’t wait to try some of the more traditional Indian dishes on the menu, too. Thank you Onion Tree for coming in clutch with delicious and unique food!

I love this place! The food is clean, fresh and delicious. Same for the drinks. I had a blood orange margarita which was made with fresh juice, not too sweet, and perfectly balanced. Our server, Carmine, was very knowledgeable about the menu and very passionate about the food he is serving. I’ve eaten here twice already and both times the experience was perfect. Highly recommend. Taco Tuesday is a must!!

This place was everything i expected and more. The service was excellent. Personally we got the palak paneer(mustard green with cheese) pizza which had excellent taste, crust was crispy , definitely suggest. For the main course we tried the butter chicken and the dal(lentils with kidney beans) . Both excellent, with great flavor profiles. All entrees came with rice , two rotis( bread) and a cucumber salad. Suggest getting reservations a week in advance as the place is popular. Ample street parking right infront.

Great place to have brunch in Long Island, they have a very varied menu and I loved the methodology they use for the options and they were also very friendly to offer me bottomless orange juice since I was not in a mimosa mood, the atmosphere is very pleasant and peaceful, perfect to go with friends or just you.

Great place to eat with good food. Cozy atmosphere. Super friendly staff. There is a small outdoor space. The oven for the pizzas are small so if you order a lot of them it takes a little while. Pizzas are personal size.

Creativity overflows at this truly amazing restaurant. Every dish is more flavorful than the other, pictures don’t do any justice and if you know the original dish their version is a joyful mindfu@k. The drinks were a mixologist dream and dessert was outstanding. Can’t wait to be back for dinner and their pop up specials. Hats off to overly talented ingenious chef!!
