I was actually going to give this location a really good review, because of the cleanliness and nice Decour. But as I went to refill my soda, I realized something there is no refill machine in the store. This is a America McDonald’s, not Europe, not South America, but America were consumers expect free drink refills when they go in the store. this will probably be a good drive-through option, but there’s absolutely no perk of going inside because of the lack of a soda refill machine.

Ordered food at 2:20 in the drive through, not a lunch rush or dinner rush, had us pull around to keep processing more cars. 30 minutes go by and no heads up or anything, went inside to get a refund after standing inside for another 10 minutes. Other people also headed inside and complained about the orders were wrong. It didn’t seem all that busy but you could tell the employees were crazy stressed and annoyed.

What an absolute garbage location! You pull up and pay but then you get to the 2nd window and then get told to pull ahead and wait and there like 6 other cars that have already been told to do the same! There’s nowhere else to go!! And it takes 20 minutes before someone comes to give us our food. And even then it’s not our food. They have to go back and get it right…. Don’t go here

I mean all McDonald’s are pretty terrible but this one takes the cake. Don’t get me wrong I don’t come to McDonald’s expecting gourmet food but I do expect my food to come to me correctly and somewhat fast. That has never been the case at this McDonald’s. My favorite is when you’ve waited for 10 minutes for them to come out and all they say is “uh what did you order?” I only go because it is convenient. Let’s get this figured out!!

This location has the WEIRDEST pull forward policy of any location I’ve ever been to. Happens almost every time I go. Example, I ordered a four piece nugget and a small fry. “Can you please pull forward to the next window we’re still working on that.” Ok… Wait there for some time brings wrong order. Different person comes can you please pull around the corner. That’s when I had to get a bit down to reality and question why my tiny order would require pulling forward again?! They said okay and came back with my order in 30 seconds. Dear management something is not working at your location. This is not on your employees it’s on you.

Edit 11/16/21: Went back to this McDonald’s again and there was hardly a line in the drive thru. This time our fries were filled to the top! No complaints about anything, it was a much better experience.

What happened here? No customer service at all, unless you need to use the rest room, then you have to wave someone down from the kitchen and ask for permission? Lol. Ordering on the kiosk is a joke, if they do work you better hope when you get to the end of the process it will accept your payment method. This is a absolute joke, they have completely removed the human experience from this location.

Ok, so… It’s McD’s, so no one’s expecting a life changing culinary experience, but since it’s McD’s you’d think the food would taste essentially the same as any other McD’s. Nope. I’ve eaten there a few times now, and the food is just bad. Every time it looks like it’s been thrown together — not appetizing. Grabbed a burger right at the lunch transition, expecting it to be fresh. Nope. Unseasoned patty, super soggy bacon, pickles in a pile, a few shreds of lettuce on half the bun… And this is what I’ve come to expect from this location. Not to mention the price for the burger I like is about 40% higher than other locations where I’ve bought it.
