I phone in my pizza order every time because I like a little bit of extra sauce. The normal amount they put on these pizzas is actually “light sauce” IMO. So I call in and ask for extra sauce. At the end of the call I ask “did you get the extra sauce part?” Answer, yes. Pick up the pizza, $34.40. No extra sauce. I think the reason this happened is because this place is understaffed. Always. Round Table has been my favorite pizza place for 50 yrs. Not so much nowadays.

Ordered delivery from here. Everything was fine but they forgot all the ranch. The 2 that came Free and the one I PAID for. I drove to the location and let them know. The person working at the front was nice and gave me the ranch plus some. But I feel like I’m probably not the only person that ends up having this issue.

Probably should have read the reviews first. Driver told me he tried to call me but had the wrong number … even though the branch previously had. They called me because they were out of something I ordered and needed to substitute it. Substitute it for a WAY over cooked cheese bread. Wrong pizza or they shorted me multiple toppings that they charged for and incorrect sauces. Very disappointed. Would highly recommended, avoiding!

This location has yet to get an order right. We’ve ordered probably half a dozen times and have finally accepted defeat and won’t ever be back. Every time the wait to pickup is way longer than expected. Tonight I ordered online, go there to pick up 30 min later, for them to say the couldn’t make one of the pizzas with the crust we ordered. So instead of calling me to ask what we wanted they waited till we showed up and hadn’t even started the order. Told us “could take more than 45 min.” Here we are an hour later on the phone with them and they haven’t even started the order… they forgot about it. Stuff like this happens every time we go. We won’t be back.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews. I really like Round Table Pizza, but there are issues nearly ever time I order from them. One time I placed a pick up order online and they didn’t even know about the Order when I arrived, then didn’t know how to refund me when I wanted to cancel. There have been 3 or 4 other frustrations that occurred also. I hope they read this and feel motivated to try to run things better.
