I purchased the 8 piece meal last night That was the worst Chi can I’ve ever encountered at KFC. The breading on it, if that’s what you’d like to call it, was pale and tasteless and barely warm. Definitely not worth the $28 I paid for it.

DO NOT EAT HERE, RETURN UNUSED FOOD FOR NEW CUSTOMERS – I ordered food in the drive through, they gave me the wrong items so I drove back and asked them for what I ordered. They put my used food right back in the warmers for other customers. When I asked if I saw that right, the manager said, “well did you touch it” and I said no but that’s unsanitary. The employees laughed? I refused the ‘new’ food, which they got from the same exact spot, and they conveniently couldn’t give me a receipt for my refund. You can get fried food anywhere, don’t get it here.

I ordered the 3 piece tender meal. It was terrible. All of the food was cold and had been sitting out too long. Chicken was overcooked and tough. Fries were inedible.

I live 25 mins away from here. The last 2 times I ordered on different days as i was passing by they forgot chicken on both my orders. I refuse to drive back for them to fix it and they can’t refund me over the phone. Go to chick FIL a down the street, avoid this place. I called and spoke with someone on the phone there that said they couldn’t do anything about it.

Can’t seem to tell white meat from dark meat, at this location,advertising 3 legs 3 wings 3thighs 3 breast both times I’ve gone to this store I end up with more breast meat and shorted on legs and thighs. Can’t say I will go back .

I’m convinced the majority of the employees all had been put into a microwave as children. Ordering something ahead of time ( 1.5 hours ) I’d perhaps like the food 10-25 minutes after the promised time at least. Nah they gave me the 3 hour old food that bounced off the concrete and still wasn’t ready on time. This has occurred twice now. Do yourself a favor, go to the Freddy’s next door and get yourself a chicken sandwich.

This is the wing they sent me. No meat. Just bread. I also ordered a large drink and they gave me a small. I asked for honey and they gave me none. They just DUMPED my fries into the bag no caring. This is absolutely ridiculous!

Against my better judgment, I decided to give them another shot. Google let me know we have been over eight months since I’ve been there. Ordered a two piece meal and ask for both Pieces of chicken to be thighs. Got my meal and I had a drumstick and a thigh. Ironically the person who packed my meal was also the same person who took my order. They fix that and gave me a free piece of chicken. Got home opened up my bag and grabed my Mashed potatoes and gravy only to find that I hadbeen given just a big cup of gravy. I noticed the manager was just sitting at the desk the entire time I was there so I tried calling to let them know I have gotten a cup of gravy But no one answered. Maybe she was too busy dealing with all the other complaints I’m sure they were getting since they were kind of busy. Absolutely the last time I go to this location again.

I have visited this location four or five times in as many months and I should have learned my lesson after the second time. Every single time my order has been way wrong or missing several items. This time I ordered a 12 piece bucket and one of the three sides I chose was mashed potatoes and gravy. I stupidly assumed that there was no possible way my order could be wrong AGAIN and drove home. To find no mashed potatoes or gravy. I drove back and told the supervisor (?) that I had gone all the way home without checking, and he dished up the side and gravy and handed it to me with a “So sorry” and that’s it. No offer of something small for my trouble, just a cold 10 minute drive for something I should have had in the first place. Biscuits looked to have been smashed before baking and were flat as pancakes, no thighs, literally half the bucket was wings… Definitely learned my lesson this time. I hardly EVER complain or post reviews, but I can’t let this one slide. I wish the ownership or management would get it together. The recent facelift looks great but doesn’t come close to compensating for the consistently awful service.
