I’ve been at the Kingsville Church’s new location on King St. three times and EVERY single time my order has been wrong or something is missing. And the manager gets annoyed like it’s the customer’s fault that she made a mistake. The chicken is hit or miss but I keep giving them chances hoping it will get better. Unsatisfactory.

Ordered online for pickup and had ordered 1 two piece chicken original and 1 two piece spicy chicken meal w/ mashed potato along with 2 side orders (1 Mac&cheese and 1 okra). Got there for pickup after the time it gave me and had to wait longer as they hadn’t had it ready yet but also had confusion on it not being a Doordash order. None of that matters to me and I don’t mind waiting and no one was behind me so no rush. Unfortunately when I finally got home and gave out the food, both sets of chicken were regular and the okra was exchanged for another order of mashed potato. The food we did get was okay but bland (definitely not “bold”), like school cafeteria food which cannot be blamed on the workers because it is a chain. The mac&cheese was just flavorless mush.

I will never come back here after how I was treated, whoever runs this place needs to seriously fire all those people ya’ll hired. When ya’ll moved from the old location to the new location the entire staff was great, fast beyond reason and the food was cooked fantastic. Now, this place has gone down hill, it’s almost as bad now as the burger king in this town. I used to frequent this place a lot. Now? NEVER AGAIN

I only ordered a xl okra and a fry. My son did not like these fries at all but my okra was hot and crispy. I took 1 star for the added old okra that I had to toss every time I came across one. It would have been perfect if it was ALL new okra!!

It’s rare when you get your food freshly made and that’s exactly what we got. We ordered a family meal of tenders with all the sides and it was amazing. Probably the best eating at a churches in a very long time!

Went through the drive through, there was no line, the ordering process was very pleasant and quick. Went to the window and the woman was very nice and polite, handed me my drinks and asked me to pull to the front to wait for my food.(2- 8pcs shrimp meals with mash potatoes and gravy, a 4 pc jalapeños bombers and fried okra) not a problem.

Churches is always good. But more importantly it was cheaper than Popeyes or Kentucky Fried Chicken. We got more chicken for our money with their 10 piece special. Wish more businesses had specials to help working people pick up lunch or dinner.

Ordered the bbq boneless wings with fries. The wings are really good. The fries were a little dry but were okay. Also ordered the honey butter biscuits. They are amazing! I would definitely recommend ordering the honey butter biscuits. All together, for my first time eating here, the food was outstanding.
