First time trying their subs, and they were delicious. Customer service was exceptional. Josh, who I believe is the manager at this location, was awesome. He even gave free treats to my kids. 10/10 recommend them.

Tables was dirty, both tea’s was watered down and taste the exact same. Meaning both was sweet, but not good. Many drinks put of the machine was empty. Housekeeping training is needed in an environment that serves food.

I checked my sandwiches before leaving. They had to remake one, I didn’t order it hot. I told her what was to be on it. I never mentioned tomato and when she put it on I said no tomato. They seemed annoyed by my request. Body language says alot. Won’t go to this location again.

Surprised by the food quality. 1st time to this location, not as well put together as the others ive been to. Not sure if it is nee people, or just no concern for quality of work, but sandwich looked as though it had been in an accident and fallen to the floor.

It appeared as if new employees were being trained, but the manager on site was extremely helpful and courteous. She was able to keep things running smoothly while also training the employees. Food was great though and I definitely plan to come back and try different items on the menu

Wow! One of the employees at this restaurant had her kids in a Honda Odyssey parked in front of and at the lunch time rush was making sandwiches for them, all the whole the children ran in out of the restaurant grabbing bags of chips. All the while paying customers on their timed lunch breaks are waiting for their sandwiches…I waited 30 min for a 4” sub…unacceptable
