The last two times I’ve been there. I’ve gotten an orange shake and crinkle fries. Both times the shake was great. First time the crinkle fries were so salty. I threw them away. The second time they were cold and very dried out. I ate about half of them and threw the rest away.

This was a total bust. I would have gone inside and returned the food if I wasn’t already on the highway. Sandwich was cold and smashed. Didn’t have sauce on it. The fries were cold and the container was only half full. There were no napkins or sauce in the bag either. No excuse for the poor quality of the food.

I posted this on yelp adding it here too because it was so horrible. Absolutely disgusted. In the pictures you can see the chicken i got was dry as sand and mostly bread. It crumbled like dust in my mouth and you can see in the second photo the chicken is absent from the tender, it is actually just crispy bread. I am always one who believes never waste food but this was inedible.

I was driving downstate late on Sunday (9-11) and pulled off to get something to eat, and was happy to see that Arby’s was open. I thought I was gonna get stuck eating at McDonald’s, which I wasn’t looking forward to. I’m not gonna lie, I didn’t expect much being that it was so late. Kinda counted on dry food and dry service, but to my surprise, I honestly had the best experience I’ve ever had from a fast food joint. The food was hot and made well. The service was way above any standard I had in my mind. The young man at the window was so incredibly polite. In over 25 years of eating food on the fly like this, I’ve never had a better experience. Great job by the Arby’s night crew.
