We are so happy to have given Los Arcos a try a few months ago! The owner is super nice and always accommodating – just tonight he offered to put anything our daughter wanted in the blender after we told the server she had recently had her wisdom teeth removed. The servers are always friendly and helpful, but we love Giota! She is always on top of everything and is clever and funny. And the food is as good as the people! Robust, authentic flavors, and tamales! The pork ones are our favorite! We love the tacos (only $0.99 on Tuesdays!!), the guacamole, the pork tamales, and the Texas fajitas, but everything we’ve tried has been sooo good! If you’d like some Mexican food with authentic flavors, stop by and give them a try!

Fajitas are supposed to be cooked fresh, but these are reheated and who has ever had them served without at least a little sour cream. I had to pay extra. There was no cooking going on in the kitchen and the meals came out so fast that I know they were just heated up. The shrimp were bland and $5.00 for watered down white cheese sauce? We were so disappointed. The reviews were very good, but the food was ok, but not what was expected. Definitely not the “authentic” Mexican food that other reviews have said. We will not be returning. I don’t mind paying for good food, but our check was $79 for 3 meals, 3 drinks and the cheese sauce. I feel like it was a ridiculous price for the quality and quantity received. We should have gone to LA Cabana next door. Lesson learned. No wonder we were the only ones in there.

This is by far hands down the BEST mexican food! Authentic is the only the word for this tasteful trip my taste buds went on. Prices are fair for the culinary experience your mouth will go through. Every one was very friendly and went out of there way to create an exceptional dining experience. I ordered several things off the menu, Tacos are cheap for the amount of mouth watering goodness inside. (Im a big guy that loves to eat, and I was full after 5) Definitely will eat here again!

Food here is excellent! Best fresh Mexican I’ve had since living in California. The service is excellent, highly recommend the chicken tamales; fresh and delicious. Thank you for being so close to home and SO tasty!

I ordered chicken tamale dinner and braised ribs. This hands down was the worst Mexican food Ive ever eaten. So bad, I took it all back for refund..which I usually wouldn’t do. The owner was very rude made ne stand there while he tried to tell me I was wrong and it was authentic. Im old and have eaten Taco Bell to some the best 5 star mexican restaurants in this country and said Toco Bell was better. He said be was from Mexico and new what authentic mexican food was. I said maybe in Mexico they would like it but Americans prefer something that taste good. Really it was awful. Took everything to get him to give me a refund. Im so easy-going but this man was not nice. We had only taken a bite and he even picked at it with a fork to see what all was eaten! God…DONT GO THERE! NOT GOOD FOOD.

I don’t know how this place got 4.5 stars. It was the worse food I had in a very long time. No flavor at all. 3 different dishes and all tasted like cardboard. The salsa is a joke as well. I am a vegetarian and don’t expect a lot, but when you order a cheese quesadilla and get a folded fajita wrap with a blob of cheese in it that’s a new low. The cheese dip was also disturbingly grainy. Not sure what musste cheese that was. Sorry no pictures as we threw it away. Wish i had a better review. Don’t waste your money on this place.

It can be really hard to find good food in the zone between Atlanta and Gatlinburg, but this was real Mexican food and it was excellent. They have some Tex Mex if you want it, also good, or they have real street tacos and soups etc. that rival what I’ve had in cities like Atlanta or LA. Good house made hot sauces and salsa, and service was really nice. I’ll be back one hunnid

Our neighbor told us about this place so we decided to check it out and we are so glad we did! First off the place is VERY clean, I had chicken tamales with salsa verde (excellent), my husband had the pork carnitas and he loved them. Wine was good, beer was cold, very friendly service. We found our new go to Mexican restaurant!

I really enjoyed everything here. Their salsa was great and the Chile Rellenos were amazing. I have been to other Mexican restaurants in this area that were awful so I am thrilled to find one to be excited to go back to when in the area.
