Worst experience ever. Ordered pickup on DoorDash, and the firecracker chicken and soy egg are missing. DoorDash support refused to refund those items and no one answered the phone when I called the store.

I had stomach flu after eating their takeout. I’ve always enjoyed their food, but last night I tried something different with mapo tofu, which I believe was the direct cause of my severe stomach flu. Hygiene is a huge issue. Be careful!

Oh my gosh… If I could give “0 stars” I would. I ordered there once and it was bland and tasteless and they forgot the meat the last time. Now, I just decided to give it another try. I thought, “who could screw up a simple firecracker chicken rice bowl”??

Excellent food at good prices, got the tofu with thin noodles in spicy sesame sauce – with chili oil it can get really spicy. Pickled cucumber was the star of the bowl. (Would recommend more options for toppings)

Never do an online order. I was scared because of what other reviewers said. But i was on my lunch break and wanted it to be ready when I got there. I paid extra for spicy pork and I got regular braised pork. I also asked for white rice and got brown rice. I cant eat brown rice. I didnt realize till I started eating it. They also put my tea on its side in the bag. Thanks. Food is whatever. I would have gone back but its hot outside and I didnt have time. I should have checked inside but I didnt think they could f up this badly. What a waste of time, sweat, and money. I shouldnt have tipped. My first time and my last time coming here. Also leaves a strong after taste. Its been an hour and I still taste the gross pork.

I had a horrible experience today with a blonde haired teenager, she told me her name was Janine I believe. She had a very bad attitude and treated me very disrespectfully. As a older woman I see this generation has only gotten worse and I was a regular customer but Junzi does not care about their reputation if all they hire are rude teenagers. She told me information like she gets off at 8 as if I was supposed to feel threatened, as if I am supposed to be in an altercation with a young child. I was very displeased with my experience today and will not be back until there is some improvement. At the very least teach your employees to treat customers with respect because obviously their mothers have not

Authentic and cheap restaurant! It’s healthy too! Really the tomato eggs sauce

Got the knife-cut noodles with pork, assorted veggies, and tomato egg sauce. The sauce was way too salty. Did not taste authentic either.

Loved how fresh my pork tomato noodles tasted. So good.

This place is awesome. You can get a burrito-size bing wrap for under $6, stuffed with your choice of meat and plenty of interesting vegetables. The flavors are exciting and varied. I got a bing wrap with roast pork, cauliflower, daikon radish, white yam, carrots, cilantro, and cucumber – very satisfying. Additionally, the friendly staff patiently walked me through the menu. I’ll definitely be back. (And they’re also in New York.)
