Ordered to-go fajitas and a burger with fries. The fajita meat has no color and is rubbery; the fajita vegetables have obviously never been on grill either; seems like it was all microwaved and just doused with pepper (no other flavor at all).

This has to be the worst Chili’s I’ve been to. Amber speaks before knowledge of circumstance and then proceeds to be rude, hiding behind that to cover her embarrassment. To top it off, both orders of the same food were very well under cooked. The night assistance manager did make good on the orders but this is just too much hassle when one is on a time limit to try and enjoy a meal.

Forever for the waitress to get to our table… and we hit the dead time so not sure what the wait was for… drinks ran empty but the food came out in timely manner.. after bringing the food to the table, we never seen our waitress again. Luckily the manager came over to check on us and bring to go boxes and refill drinks. Apologized for lazy waitress.. definitely be back, just ask for a different waitress

Nice Chili’s. Steady at lunch but not overwhelmingly busy. Very friendly hostess. Clean floor, clean tables, nice atmosphere. Large menu selection. The waitress was very attentive but she never refilled my drink. However, some small attention to detail would help. The salt shaker had so much moisture in it, it was clumpy. Therefore I got way too much salt on my house salad. I ordered off the lunch menu and I thought it took a little long to get my order; over 10 minutes. It was a small house salad and grilled chicken sandwich with fries. The avacodo on my sandwich was very skimpy. The fries were good. All in all, I will return. There’s just room for improvement. Then again, who doesn’t have room for improvement?

The food was very good. But the service was not so much. Took a while before the waiter arrived. We got our food pretty quickly, but I made the mistake of paying before we finished eating. From that point on, we never saw ou server, again. Drinks ran dry, had to get up, to find someone to get us a to-go box.
