I’m glad that I could find this place to eat dinner for our Bellingham day. Meat balls are kids’ favorite and I got crash on clams, pasta are amazing! Definitely come back again. I need to note that there are several families with little kids and the place isn’t very kids’ place but so welcoming and we could spend a good time with our baby too. I appreciate that!

Yum – those Brussel sprouts with pork are amazing. Eat your vegetables this is hands down the best dish. I’ve tried to get in here for over a year while driving back and forth between YVR and SEA. Get off the 5 and try this place out.

I had high hopes for this place but ambiance and price of the food does not match the taste and overall experience. We waited 50 minutes for pasta and pizza, 50 minutes while restaurant was 20% full. Pasta was okay and pizza had 0 seasoning, i had to ask for a salt to add some enjoyment to it. Waiter was helpful but showed no concern about keeping us waiting for so long while getting very average food. And of course considering all above it is overpriced for what we got.

Two antipasti were absolutely excellent : the roasted Brussels sprouts with pancetta and the cauliflower with capers and garlic (?) and peppers. Meatballs and pizza ok but not as great. But those two antipasti so good that I still give 5 stars. Also great atmosphere!

Since there is some issue with refrigeration breakdown for beers on tap we started the meal with IPA and Blonde Boundary Bay cans of beer. Verizon doesn’t do well here and there is no wifi, but we were able to get paper menus at the bar. The Taylor Shellfish clams made it out next with two slices of bread that were quite good and strangely more flavorful than the clams. We drank the clam juice and ate clumps of garlic in search of flavour but somehow it eluded us. The tasty pappardelle Bolognese and the seasonal pizza, with the surprisingly delicious delicata squash, are worth a visit and perhaps the dirt and mold accumulating on the ceiling will be scrubbed by the time you do.

We travel from Seattle to Vancouver 3x to 4x per year, and often stop in Bellingham on the way. When we do we often eat at Storia.

The service was amazing. Our waiter chelsy was very kind and funny. The atmosphere was good and the interior design was Amazing, the paintings of some of their menu items on the walls was very creative. I ordered the squid ink pasta. It tasted interesting but in a way that really complimented the flavor of the clams. Overall the food was very good and the service and atmosphere was amazing. I’m definitely coming back to try more delights from the

There was a long wait to eat inside, but there was no wait for outside dining. They had a great closed in area with a fire table, so it didn’t even feel that cold, and it felt like we had our own private eating area. The service was great and our server was really helpful in giving us great recommendations that did not disappoint. The Brussels sprouts were delectable and the pizza that was on their feature menu was absolutely delicious. The drinks were great as well. This will definitely be a place I visit whenever I’m in Bellingham. It is also really close to the Mt Baker theatre, so it’s a great dinner spot before a show.
