How incoherent do you have to be when someone politely asks tell you that for forgot the rice(the main ingredient I your company’s bowl meal) that you have to call a manager over to be told the same thing Only for you to then check that you actually forgot the rice then put the rice on top instead of remaking it..

Chipotle team here was very nice & accommodating! Burrito bowl was too spicy for my kids, and they were happy to make a new one. Thank you, Chipotle Glen Ellyn!

Rude staff, slow service and strange customer service policies. The Glen Ellyn and Downers store are equal distance from my home, so I used to go where I was on my way home. Never again. Ordered the same thing I have ordered for years burrito bowl with fajitas veggies. Even though they were on the serving line, staff REFUSED to add them. New policy is that you only get vegetables if you order on line? Staff clearly were not engaged in positive customer service and a long line of unhappy customers were there. Lots of better choice in Glenn Ellyn. I will chose them next time.

Classic Chipotle burrito bowl was on point, however, the customer service could be improved. I asked for my receipt and the employee told me that they didn’t have paper. I said that I could wait and the person said “well I don’t even know if we have paper,” and was asked I asked for my reciept. I gave up trying to get my reciept and just asked for the total again. Otherwise food was very good, and the restaurant was clean. Every other table was closed for social distancing.

I think the Glen Ellyn store is not managed correctly. To-go meals are never marked and the ingredients are often incorrect (perhaps these two issues are connected). I ordered Chicken Keto and got soyritas; pretty rough. You may have to order from a further out Chipotle to get your orders correct.

This Chipotle was excellent! The employees were super friendly. The portions were exceptional. I ordered a burrito bowl keto style. It was delicious!

Only been to this location a few times but this will defiantly be my last .. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s like everytime I go they put less stuff in my bowl .. they are very stingy .
