Favorite pizza in New Castle. However they often do not have a delivery driver. They also should allow you to use the tables to eat at on your lunch break. If people can’t use them why not clear the space. I don’t see why you wouldn’t want your paying customer to sit down and eat at one of the many empty booths

I can’t get over how delicious a tuna sub can actually be, I’m addicted weekly! I like the classic feel the place. Staff are always friendly and attentive. Not a huge fan of their pizza, toppings are real good, wish they had a alternate version like Sicilian or thick crust.

Town Mall Pizza is the best! We called with a special request (a “jack o’lantern” pepperoni pizza). They were so accommodating. Not only did it look adorable, but it tasted amazing! Town Mall Pizza definitely earned new customers today.

Ate here a few times so I’m comfortable leaving a bad review. Each time the pizza was greasy, chewy, and horrible. It over priced and just go look at the restaurant itself. Its dirty and unhygienic, looks like its still in the 1970s. Avoid this place at all costs. My friends and family will never spend another time at this dumpster of a pizza place.

Sauce tasted good from what I could taste. Needs to be more sauce on pizza. I didnt care for the crust at all. The crust was like concrete, not soft at all or chewable. There’s tons of pizza places out there and if you can’t make a base that’s good for your toppings. Your not going to last.

Got mis-charged on my order, but manager had no way to rectify, seems sketchy? Advice, make sure you pre-verify everything before you get off the phone. Pizza was ok, subs and bread is real good.

Tried to get a slice of pizza, they had only cheese left, asked if they could put pepperoni it and they said no. Ridiculous!

Calling in an order, they pick up and sounds like they tryed to hang it back up then leave it off the hook. Was on for over 8 mins waiting and no one cared to come back to the phone and take an order for some pizza. Was a good place at one point. Back then would be 6 stars. It’s sad now a days.
