Really good food, with a wide selection. I don’t personally like Asian food but even I was able to find a well done meal. You order the food before you sit down, and food came within 7 minutes. Very fast, but still good.

The staff are really nice, but the food was too spicy for me and my husband to enjoy. If you like really spicy food this is the place for you! The dining area was a bit messy so we ordered our food to go. They only had two people working so I can understand not being able to keep up with everything on a Saturday night.

I went to the Rochester store for the first time. I was told they were out of beef and shrimp. I ordered the Mongolian chicken as a substitute for the beef. It was supposed to be the regular size vs small. It came with 6 small pieces of chicken, no mushrooms or scallions and very little sauce. I asked a girl that worked their why such a small portion and minus the other ingredients? She told me “what can she do” and walked away. I expected a manager to come over and it never happened. Meanwhile other customers were complaining and they told new patrons walking in that they ran out of food. At no time did they offer any refunds. This by far was the strangest most disappointing dining experience I have ever had. I left hungry My coupon was for 33% not for 3% of a meal.

This place started great but has been rapidly tumbling down hill. Apple Pay wasn’t working. Calling in to place an order has been hit or miss recently. Many times I sit on hold forever with no one picking up and other times I get right in. Meanwhile the recording berates you for not using online ordering, but you can’t at this location.

I ordered the pad Thai and it was rubbery with only a little bit of taste. I had to put a lot of hot sauce in it to get some taste. The chicken was also over cooked slightly. This was very mediocre at best. I do not recommend.

We used to love coming here. Unfortunately the food is inconsistent in ita sizing and the way it is prepared. We ordered lettuce wraps one night and couldnt get past the burnt taste of the chicken. There have been times when we have ordered meals with extra protein been charged more and the size was the same as the regular serving. Pratically no sauce on the honey chicken so the next time we came we ordered extra sauce on the side and then there was waaayyyy too much sauce we needed to scrape it off and wasted the extra. This place is inconsistent and I’m tired of wasting money.

Food was good. Experience was odd.. Credit card machine wasn’t working and the employee insinuated we should have known. It was uncomfortable. She then couldn’t scan my rewards card, tried my phone number, but I know I didn’t get credit for the order.
