I love this place! Very down to earth but also professional. My dad just said he had the best burger of his life from here. They made my cannoli fresh per order. Everything is fresh. I also delivered for them one time (Uber eats) and while I was waiting for the food I talked to the delivery driver for like 15 minutes, good conversation, I didn’t mind waiting! I feel good buying things from sitaly to go because I can tell the employees work hard and take pride in what they do. That’s hard to find these days. Thank you!

I asked for garlic and I got garlic. This was a pleasant surprise. I walked into this location and I could smell garlic and good food. Based on smell I got the garlic bread cheesesteak. The Liscio roll was saturated in garlic butter and toasted lovely. Good amount of meat. Even with all the garlic I could still taste the fried onions and mushrooms. $9.45 you know I love that. The best part about this place is that it is near my house and Wilmington Brew Works so I have choices of where I can eat my cheesesteak.

We order from here at least once a week and the food is normally very good. Super disappointed this evening. We placed our order online at 6:20 pm. At 7:35 pm, we called to check on our order. She said it was heading out the door. We live 5 minutes away. At 8:20 pm, we called again. She said it was out for delivery. Finally got it at 8:25 pm. The crust was burnt and the pizza was cold.

This is a go to if you want delivery or takeout! Not only is everything delicious, they are consistent. The Strombolis are perfect every time, delivery is quick and they are usually there before the time given. Pasta portions are huge, for most one dish is 2 meals. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and food.. Try them yourselves, you won’t be disappointed.

One of my favorites. Food is delicious. Service is old school friendly and helpful! Delivery is typically earlier than time given and friendly. Missed something in the order one time, apologized, and brought it right away.

It’s really a shame because their food is so good. But too many bad experiences. A couple months ago we placed a large order, as we usually do (we always spend 50 to 60 dollars). It said it would arrive within an hour and a half. When it didn’t I waited an extra 10 minutes and then called. They said if it isn’t here in 5 min call back. I called back. They said they’re on their way and will be there any minute. 10 mins goes by. No one is there. I call again. I sit on hold for 5 min. They come back and say “your food was delivered”. I said I’m standing at my door there is no food here. She says “ok sorry we will just refund you”. So after waiting 2 hours for takeout that never showed it was too late to order from somewhere else. Fast forward to tonight when we decide to give them another chance. Our food comes and we are missing garlic knots and the salads are brown. I wouldn’t have called if it was just the salads, but I’m not paying for garlic knots that did not get delivered to me. So I called to ask for a refund and let her know about the salads as well. I mean would you eat brown salad? She asks for my name and says “you call here a lot, don’t ya?”. I was so taken aback. I told her I decided to give them a second chance after our terrible experience last time. She said she would have new salads and garlic knots sent to my house within 20 to 30 min. I really don’t care at this point – but it’s what she said about me calling a lot that was so incredibly rude after what they did to us last time. I found that incredibly disrespectful and nasty. Then they never even came anyway. Why even tell me you’re going to come with replacement food if you don’t plan on showing up with anything. Do yourself a favor, just order from the original Sitaly and drive and pick it up. Not worth giving Sitaly To Go one penny of business.
